Being surrounded by others, Xi Shuzhe had actually discovered Chen Xi Wu from the moment she had appeared.

Somehow, out of the corner of his eye, he couldn't help following her until she was out of sight.

After some thought, he pushed his way through the crowd and headed in the direction she had gone. His cousin, Xi Shuibo, called out to him from behind, ”Yu Zhe, where are you going?”

”I have something to take care of. I'll go out for a while and come back immediately.”

Ye Zichen quickened his pace and chased after the slender figure that was about to disappear.

Chen Xi Wu stood in front of the toilet counter, looking at herself in the mirror with reddened eyes. She took a deep breath and twitched the corner of her mouth.

”Chen Xi Wu, didn't you decide to let go of me? Why are you so hopeless, what's there to cry about? ”It's hard to find a three-legged toad. Men with two legs are everywhere on the streets. You still live a proud life even after leaving Xi JianZhe.”

She found a tissue to wipe the tears from the corners of her eyes, took a powder box and lipstick and carefully fixed her makeup. Then she tidied up her hair and clothes and walked out with a bright smile on her face.

As soon as she stepped out of the bathroom door, a powerful hand grabbed her and pulled her to the corner with a hand covering her mouth.

Just as he was about to struggle, he heard a gentle magnetic voice sound above him, ”Aunt, it's me.”

Chen Xi Wu was dragged to a corner before she was released. She turned around and looked at the handsome man in a suit behind her, laughing indifferently.

”Xi Zhaozhe, the wedding is about to start. Why didn't you go find your new bride and instead came here to look for me? Do you want to elope with me? ”

With his big hands on top of her head, Xi ShuiZhe grabbed her chin and gently stroked it. He lowered his head to look her in the eye, his pitch-black eyes shining with a glimmering light.

”Aunt, I seem to like being with you, or do you take me as your mistress?”

Chen Xi Wu would never have imagined that Xi Yue Zhe would say such a thing. She was shocked and angry at the same time. She raised her hand without thinking.
