Chapter 84 (1/2)

On January 7, 2011, the Memphis Grizzlies welcomed their old rival, the Utah Jazz, at home.

Now, the conflict between Deron and Sloan has broken out in an all-round way. Because of the conflict between the two top figures, the jazz has been one of the most reported teams in the news media recently.

It is said that the Jazz team has been seriously considering whether to keep Jerry Sloan or Deron Williams. Although the Jazz certainly wanted to let the two continue to live in peace, it is now a luxury.

With the Jazz at odds, Lionel Hollins' goal today is naturally to win. After winning 18-17 in a row, the Grizzlies have surpassed the Rockets to become ninth in the West. And from the eighth Hornets in the west, it is still three games short.

There are three wins, but not a few. Grizzlies have to hold their momentum in order to surpass as soon as possible. The only goal of Grizzlies today is to defeat the Jazz in the fight.

Before today's game, Randolph found out that link was writing something on his sneakers with a marker.

Yesterday, link found 20 pairs of new shoes in the box! And many other miscellaneous equipment. He only brought two of them to the game today, and the others were handed over to the equipment manager. Later, the equipment manager of the team helped him sort out those things.

Randolph approached him curiously as he watched link write and draw on his new sneakers.

But after taking a look, Randolph, who has always been a fuss, didn't disturb him any more. Because as like as two peas, he wrote the words written on the side of the shoe, which are exactly the same as those on his old shoes.

It says, ”rest in peace, Zick.”

Link, dressed in new Nike equipment, performed well in the game. Kirilenko and Hayward didn't bring him too much trouble. After all, both of them have passed their peak, and have not yet reached their peak. In the middle of this period, Linkie was able to bow right and left.

Throughout the game, Deron Williams refused to carry out Jerry Sloan's tactics. Sloan asked the respected RAGA bell several times to remind him, but to no avail.

Deron completely released himself today, shooting 13 times in the game, but only hit 4 goals. He scored the Jazz's second highest 19 points, but shot only 30.8% of Korin's.

Even commentators on the game shook their heads and lamented, ”the Jazz team has not lost to others this year, but is likely to lose to themselves.”

Although not all the players in the Grizzlies like each other, at least they haven't become enemies. Finally, the United Grizzlies defeated Utah for the second time 111-99 at home, and HiTi won seven consecutive games.

Randolph and guy's state continued to go high, guy blew down the game's highest 28 points, grabbed 9 rebounds and sent out 4 assists. 3-point 3-for-3, the overall shooting rate is as high as 57.1%, which is one of guy's best games this season.

Randolph had 26 points and 11 rebounds.

With guy playing so well today, link doesn't have much time. But in the limited time, link or won 13 points, 3 assists and 3 rebounds, the performance is still good. You know, Kirilenko and Hayward add up to only 14 points.

But guy's condition is so good, link wants to return to the starting line-up, estimated to be very difficult. Link stimulates guy's sense of crisis, and guy constantly stimulates link with his performance at superstar level. They are in a virtuous circle.

After the Jazz game, the Grizzlies flew to Oklahoma and played a back-to-back away game.

Speaking of it, the Grizzlies played back-to-back a lot this year. Link doesn't know if a weak team doesn't have human rights. Anyway, he thinks that a team like the Lakers can't play so many back-to-back games in a row.
