Chapter 30 - I'll feed you

He was simply pestering her!

”Come over and pinch my shoulder!” Seeing her so angry that her face flushed red, Yan Jiming did not say anything to comfort her, but added oil to the fire.

”Humph!” Yan Luoxi snorted and went up to the second floor in anger.

The room she originally lived in was locked, so Yan Luoxi was not able to enter.

In order to not be angered to death by Yan Jiming, she casually found a room to sleep in for the night.

Yan Luoxi was very clear of his temper. If he was determined to keep him here, then he definitely wouldn't be able to walk out the door of the villa.

Rather than sulking with him downstairs, it was better to rest early and go to the company to organize the data early tomorrow.

After angering her to leave, Yan Jiming glanced darkly at the guest room and went straight to the study room.

At night, Yan Luoxi stayed in the guest room that she had never cleaned before, and immediately lost sleep.

Although the room was ventilated every day, the blankets were not specially taken out to dry. Yan Luoxi could only take out a thin blanket from the cabinet and use it.

She felt cold all over at night, but she was too tired and fell asleep again soon after.

The next day, when Yan Luoxi woke up, she felt that something was wrong with her throat and nose.

Yan Luoxi knew that she had caught a cold, but she did not care. Instead, she took advantage of Yan Jiming's morning training to leave the villa.

She forced her uncomfortable body to go, and was sent to the company by Yan Jiming's driver.

Yan Jiming guessed that she wouldn't stay in the villa to eat breakfast, so he told the driver to wait for her at the entrance of the villa.

It was not easy to get a taxi here, and Yan Luoxi was not feeling well, so she had no intention of refusing.

Along the way, the driver noticed that she had been sneezing. Her expression was not normal, and she had a faint guess in her heart.

”Madam, are you not feeling well?” the driver asked softly. ”Do you want me to take you to the hospital?”

”No need, just a little nasal congestion. Just drink more hot water!” Yan Luoxi didn't care about this little cold at all.

Her physical fitness had always been good, and she rarely had a cold.

”I think you're in a serious condition. Why don't you go to the hospital to have a look!” The driver kindly advised.

Yan Luoxi forced out a smile, ”I know about my own body, thank you for your concern!”

The driver looked honest and stiff, but Yan Luoxi was not angry at him.

Seeing that Yan Luoxi was not willing to go to the hospital, he secretly contacted Yan Jiming and told him about Yan Luoxi's cold.

Yan Jiming was a little worried for her, but when he thought of her small, stubborn face, he immediately gave up on the idea of going over there.

'Go and buy her a cold medicine immediately. I must personally see her consume the medicine! '

Yan Jiming sent a message to the driver, telling him to keep an eye on Yan Luoxi's situation.

The driver followed his instructions and stopped at a pharmacy, then went to buy some common cold medicine for Yan Luoxi.

However, there was no water in the pharmacy, and there was no shop nearby. The driver could not buy any water, so he gave the medicine to Yan Luoxi.

”Thank you!” Yan Luoxi accepted the cold medicine the driver handed to her.

When she had woken up in the morning, she had only felt uncomfortable, and now she felt weak and dizzy.

”You're too polite!” The driver walked her to the entrance of Lu Group and personally watched her enter before driving away.

After Yan Luoxi entered the office, she received a cup of hot water and drank the cold medicine given by the driver.
