I changed Yin Body to Extreme Yin Body because this episode explained why.
One more thing, this is common to Chinese philosophy, but I might as well explain the symbolisms because this series heavily uses it. Yin symbolizes cold, the female sex, and the moon, while Yang symbolizes heat, the male sex, and the sun.
