He looked at Ning Ran, and curiously asked, “Why did you come here today? Does Uncle Ning know that you’re here?”

Ning Ran scratched his head and gave a cute smile. “My dad fetched me here. The news about the serial killer is quite big now, so he’s worried about me. That’s why he asked me to come here after school for this period of time. You know that there’s no one at my home…”

Ning Ran’s gaze became dim when he spoke about this.
