The Apprentice Doctor would help the Intermediate Doctor, the Intermediate Doctor would help the Master Doctor, and the Master Doctor would help the Grandmaster Doctor. The level of severity depends on the person who is injured.
For example, if its only external injuries; The Apprentice Doctors would handle these cases. If it's internal, the Intermediate Doctor would handle along with the Apprentice Doctors. If it's both, The Master Doctor would step in to take over the case. If its really life-threatening and the Master Doctor has done its best, only then would they call for the Grandmaster Doctor to take the case.
