Some could also lead to execution.
Not only for the servants, but also for everyone who don't have a mask; like the doctors, blacksmiths, alchemists, cooks and teachers. The reason for this is to minimize the risk of the Sect.
But with how the salary and good environment that was given and provided, nobody complained. If one wishes to go out, they were free to do so. They just needed to ask permission in the Golden Hall.
