Qianru finally pulled her face straight and walked to the center of the Stage. Looking at the questions on the paper, Qianru could already see how just cunning her Master was.

"For your first test, We will have a written exam. I hope everyone brought their writing utensils. If not, servants on the side will provide them. Okay. When everyone have their papers ready, I will announce your questions."

"Great! I was truly prepared. I brought some papers with me. I heard that the Doctor's have a writing exam yesterday as well."

Everyone couldn't help but be anxious. The people who weren't ready were provided by the help of the servants. This servants were the one who was hired yesterday as well. "Son, whenever everyone is ready. Build a formation around the two. They must not hear the questions of the other side." Yi Ling murmured silently, a smile creep up on to her face. Luckily she was wearing a mask or else Minzhe would think that his mother was thinking of an evil plan again. Like the people down below, the stage also had a formation. No word could be heard from the stage, except for the podium where Qianru was standing.

"Yes mother." Minzhe nodded. He could already guess that his mother had some sort of unique idea again, to torment people. Minzhe stood up and walked away silently, he then disappeared and came back for only half an incense of a stick.

"Alright, is everyone ready?" Qianru looked around.

"Yes Elder!" Everyone yelled.

The requirements for applying for the position of an Elder was not that strict. One has to be under 100 years old, Had an experience of at least more than 20 years of teaching and at least above the Nascent Stage.

For the teachers, age limit wasn't stated. Teaching experience of 10 years and at least above Dawning Stage.

What Yi Ling needed was not their power, but the determination to teach. Their knowledge as well as their personality. This was the reason why she asked Minzhe to separate the two. For the questions she had prepared would surely undermine their statuses.

Everyone could still hear Qianru at this point, until Minzhe would activate the Formation. With a snap of Minzhe's finger, Everything was muted down.

"Alright, I shall be the one giving all the questions. First with the Elders and then the teachers."

Qianru then looked at the Elders and spoke their question. The teachers for some reason, couldn't hear what was the question. They couldn't help but look at their seatmates and see that their weren't the only ones.

"You can't hear their question too?"
