This was the first time Ling Xiaosu had mentioned the word ”love”. Ni Tianchen felt as if something had flowed into his heart, and his chest felt stuffy, as if he was about to suffocate.

With that, Ni Tianchen's violent kiss fell. Ling Xiaosu obediently closed his eyes and allowed Ni Tianchen to move freely.

”If that day ever comes, I will hand you a dagger so that you can kill me yourself.” Ni Tianchen promised in a low voice by Ling Xiaosu's ear. It was like an oath, an oath to face death with all means at hand.

Ling Xiaosu hugged Ni Tianchen tightly, his head lowered as he rubbed his chest. He did not speak nor did he answer.

She was afraid that it would be like what Ni Tianchen had said, but what happened afterwards was just what Ni Tianchen had said.

When the day of work as Ni Tianchen's assistant finally ended, Ling Xiaosu stretched his back and followed Ni Tianchen out of the shop. The whole way, it was as if he had arrived, where no one recognized him.

”Stand here and wait for me. I'll go get the car.” Ni Tianchen turned and said to Ling Xiaosu, who nodded and quietly stood at the entrance waiting for Ni Tianchen to bring the carriage back.

Not long after this Weibo was refreshed, his phone was snatched away by someone. Ling Xiaosu was stunned, before he could even react, his wrist was grabbed by someone, and dragged forcefully towards the coffee shop on the other side.

Ling Xiaosu immediately raised his head to see who was grabbing onto his wrist. Just as he raised his head, that person flashed behind him, causing Ling Xiaosu to clearly feel a sharp dagger at his waist.

It was almost night time, so no one paid much attention to the obvious movements of the person behind them. Especially since that person was using clothes to block them, making them look like a couple. No one suspected that they were just passing by.
