Chen An was about to lead Ling Xiaosu away from the heaven defying official and walk to the side to discuss the plot. However, the heaven defying official suddenly stood up and grabbed Ling Xiaosu's wrist.

Chen An frowned as he looked at the heaven defying official, forcing out a word from between his teeth. ”The boss.”

Seeing the irritation in Chen An's eyes, the heaven defying official grabbed onto Ling Xiaosu's wrist and said, ”As the investor in this online drama, I think I have to participate, don't you?”

He was trying to find an excuse for Ling Xiaosu to not leave with Chen An alone, but the last sentence he said was directed at Ling Xiaosu.

Ling Xiaosu looked at the two of them with a puzzled expression. Why did she feel that their auras were exactly the same as the confrontation between Li Ning and Chen Zixuan?

Chen An stubbornly stared at Qin Wentian as he coldly laughed.

Intuition told her that if the two of them did not stop them later, they might start fighting. Ling Xiaosu quickly interjected and said, ”Chen An, let's discuss the plot first. I have some matters to attend to, so I'll go discuss other matters first. I'll come over later to find you.”

After saying that, without waiting for Chen An to react, Ling Xiaosu pulled the heaven defying official away.

Ling Xiaosu let out a sigh and turned around to look at him. He then asked curiously, ”Why do I feel that you have some sort of enmity towards Chen An?”

Ling Xiaosu couldn't understand why Chen An, such a young child, would have such unfathomable hostility towards him.

The heaven defying official didn't conceal the reason behind his hostility towards Chen An. He sneered and said, ”That brat likes you.”

Ling Xiaosu: ”…” What was she supposed to tell him? Chen An didn't really like her, he just had a good impression of her that was similar to that of his elder sister.

Ling Xiaosu pursed her lips and replied with a headache, ”Chen An doesn't like me. You've misunderstood me. Also, don't show that kind of hostility towards Chen An in the future.” She was afraid that Chen An would misunderstand something and start fighting with the heaven defying official.

The heaven defying official nodded and then stopped talking.

Ling Xiaosu: ”…” She had the urge to bring the heaven defying official here.
