49 CHAPTER 49: BLOODLIGHT GODDESS RU (2/2)
The air became giddy. Ru's fluffy ears twitched and felt nervous too since, her intentions wasn't proving her denial, rather she's very much eager for his daring offer inside her gradually beating heart, so she replies quickly in order to correct his intuition about her sudden actions of limiting his capabilities in their duel,
”Oh...i-it's not that...j-just prove your love to me in this N-NEARLY HOPELESS FIGHT...”
”H-HERO...”.
As he was noticing that Ru was feeling nervous judging from her actions and the tone of her voice, his assumptions over her had took a different turn, boosting his motivation once again and wore an interesting smile. He stanced himself like a confident warrior and closed his eyes to think of a way to prove his love for her. Ru held her chest and calmed down, since she almost made him to misunderstand her daring actions and to drop his interest over her. Afterwards, Zeran opened his eyes that were filled with optimism and determination, since he already knew the way on how to win her heart in their lovely battle. He nodded and said,
”Okay...I'll do what I can...”.
As for the divine audience, they were still hooked-up on the romantic searing battle of Ru and Zeran such as they were fascinated over a movie or something, even Shunya was eating popcorn. Mai was puzzled, as she heard Ru's condition in order for Zeran to win, turning Mai to ask Arseia. Arseia replied and told her that her son has absolute odds of winning the unusual duel. Moreover, Arseia told Mai to look at Zeran and Ru's expressions on their faces. Mai wasn't sure on what Arseia had meant at first, although Mai took a closer look at their faces that seemed like they were confident teenagers having the most fun in their lives. Thereon, Mai was convinced that Zeran would win the fight hands down, turning her to express an ounce of joy in her thoughts,
(”I'm glad you found your true happiness Zen...”).
Ru was still letting out lots of quick flurries with her swinging katana, although Zeran was just dodging them in the right moment. Ru had paused for a second and thought of something, while she was touching her sexy lip. Then, she says to herself,
”Hmmm...I wonder how a roasted Zera would taste like?”.
Suddenly, she had stopped touching her lip and licked her succulent lips such as her sadistis eyes of hearts upon him were seeing him as some kind of delicious meal. She flung her sword upwards and casted, while she was swinging her butterfly sniper,
”BURST FLARE!”.
Afterwards, her sniper acted like a flamethrower and bursted out its purple flaming spray that would cook anyone's *ss into perfection that was directed unto Zeran's range. Thereon, Zeran dove to the ground in order to not get fried from her beautiful moving flames. Zeran wasn't shocked nor scared instead, he replies to her rhetorical question from before, with a charming smile,
”I bet...It won't be tasty...”.
Ru responds to his rebuttal and said,
”Oh well♪...”
”I guess I'll just finish this raw...”.
She descended down unto the ground and let her heels feel the earthy soil. Then her sword descended near her and she grabbed it again. Zeran got up but, he didn't rush upon taking her down, while she was vulnerable on the ground, instead he just gave her a nod in respect. Ru nodded in response and casted out,
”DARK METEOR RAIN!”.
There was a huge purple pentagram that appeared above the clouds. Afterwards, the large violet otherworldly meteors emerged and fell from the sky, heading towards, the colliseum's battleground. Thereupon, Zeran kept dodging the falling meteorites that came from another world. More than that, he was getting near and near Ru's range, while he was evading the falling collisions of those burning rock-hard meteorites. Strangely enough, the other Goddesses weren't affected by the meteorites since the meteorites' range was only small, turning Shunya to eat her popcorn without any interruption. Ru was noticing that Zeran was getting near her, turning her heart to beat faster than ever. Though, she still tried to play hard-to-get by casting out, while she was aiming at Zeran with her sniper,
”ABYSS SHOT!”.
As she pulled the trigger, a blue flaming bullet was heading towards Zeran. Zeran was a few paces away from her and dodged that exact moment, turning him to dodge his last obstacle. Afterwards, he rushed his way towards her. Ru closed her eyes and threw all her weapons away. Thereon, Zeran was able to embrace her, as he had contact with her. Ru hugged him with her angel-like arms in return. The two of them felt each others synchronized hearts and innate warmth that would be the most blissful thing in the world, turning them to be in their own trance, in which there were no more barriers that would obstruct their very passionate love. Their world turned into the pure color of white. Ru smiled and praised him for his utter victory, while she was wearing the smile of a true Goddess,
”So...you figured it out huh...”
”Also Zera...I happily accept your offer...”.
Zeran replies softly,
”Thank you...my dark Goddess Ru...”.
