45 CHAPTER 45: LIGHT VS. DARK (1/2)

Nassus was almost depleted of his energy for some reason. Zeran just scratched his head and stretched himself such as he was done having a work-out. It looked-like Zeran wasn't serious in his look, as he was saying,

”Phew...that felt kinda painful...”

”I thought I was gonna die...”.

Though, Nassus wasn't pleased of Zeran's playful comment, so Nassus blurted-out like a pissed-off adult to the kid-like Zeran, turning the whole place to crack up in grave irony due to Nassus's sudden change in composure, in which the tense waves in the area had ceased,

”ANYONE SHOULD'VE DIED FROM THAT!”.

Zeran replies,

”Like I said...I have my own trick on top of my sleeve...”

”Now...ready for round 2?”.

Then, he stanced himself in a sort of cool manner. His hand depicted a taunting action, such as it was telling, ”come on, is that all you've got?”, amplified by a confident look. Sadly, Nassus was growing pissed of Zeran's sarcasm, so Nassus casted out immediately,

”PENDRAGON BURST!”.

Zeran was struck again by the fast moving spiritual elemental dragons from the above once again. Though, as the destructive draconic energies had dispersed. Zeran was revealed with battered wounds but, he was just drinking a bottled orange juice. Soon after, his damages on his body were all gone and he felt refreshed by the quench of his beverage.

”OMEGA CRUSHER!”.

,as Nassus casted, while his blade was smashed unto the ground with grave force. Suddenly, molten white flames bursted from where Zeran was standing. It looked like Zeran was incinerated from the inside by the fountain of burning flames. As soon as the searing fire was gone, Zeran didn't looked burnt at all, instead he looked-like he came out from a hot sauna, steaming out his sweat from his body, while he was drinking a mango juice this time. More than that, Nassus was feeling weaker and he was pretty much panting for air, due to his overconsumption of his own energy. Nassus looked at Zeran and asked while eating his own pride,

”Tell me...what's...your trick...”.

Zeran responds,

”What if...I don't want to—”.

Sadly, Ru interrupted him and said like an excited teenage girl,

”Ooooh♪ I'll tell you...”

”Zera's trick is...STOCKS OF FOOD, FORCED HUNGER and LAST HUNGER!”

”Even if you can lethally hit him...”

”He'll just be able to withstand that with his LAST HUNGER, leaving him with like 1 HP?”

”Then, if he was able to withstand that...he'll just eat food again to heal himself back...and the cycle continues...Rinse repeat recycle!”.

”And since his FORCED HUNGER is activated now...he can eat without getting full or fat!”

”A DREAM GLUTTONY COMBO!”.

Then, Ru clasped her hands after, as her gesture for ending her statement. As Mai heard Ru's brief and detailed explanation upon Zeran's funny trick, Mai comments with a sudden compliment with a haughty smile, that would prove she was impressed of Ru's quick analysis,

”To think you were able to know his DIRTY trick that fast Ru...”.

As for Zeran, he felt nervous and he didn't look that much happy of Ru's analytical skills on his tactic, since it seemed she just told everything about his full blown strategy to Nassus, making him to blurt out with an irritated look,

”Ru! What in hells?!”

”Why'd you have to tell him that?”

”Whose side are you on anyways?”.

Ru bent and leaned her body for Zeran to witness, although his focus was set on Ru's hanging bountiful breasts, since those were emphasized due to her posture. She responded like a teasing woman would, with her index finger touching her succulent lower lip,

”Ara? I'm still on your side Zera...”

”Even if I told that to Nassus...”

”It's already too late for him...”.

Arseia was just closing her eyes, but she was wearing a funny smile as she heard Ru's words. As Nassus heard Ru's casual statements, he was infuriated to the top of his core, so he placed the barrier around the three Goddesses once again. Though, he noticed that Ru's look unto him was very devious and sinister, as his end was already guaranteed. Nassus felt worried on top of his exhausted self. Zeran noticed that Nassus was already tired for some reason, so he scanned and took a glance at Nassus. Thereon, he saw the information saying,
