Chapter 77 she had something valuable to hide (1/2)

Kai kept scrolling through the messages until it was almost 4 in the morning that he layed down near Roline and closed his eyes. it took him another full hour for him to sleep.

---the next morning..

Roline woke up at around nine o'clock in the morning, moving her hand to feel the spot next to her but it was empty and cold at the same time.

Roline remembered that she was still waiting for An kai to finish bathing when sleep drowned her but now, Kai wasn't in bed yet he slept late. she didn't wash up first but went down to check for An kai.

looking from up the stairs, she saw him busy arranging breakfast on the table. he was wearing a vest so he only added on an eplone.

seeing him from up, made her feel that she had something valuable to hide. she moved back in and washed up in a hurry before picking a t-shirt from the closet and went with it down.

Kai pulled the chair behind so that she could sit but she just went in his back.

why did you take so long to get out of the bathroom yesterday? I waited but you never came and when I woke up, you were not in bed.

do we have something to talk about? I can feel it that you're hiding something from me. Roline said as she buried her head in An kai's back.

”there is nothing to talk about. sit down so that you can eat your food.

Roline acted obediently and went to sit down and started eating with the t-shirt on her thighs. she had put on a baggy shirt. it had big shot arms and it only went a little beyondher butt reveling her lower body.

An kai noticed but didn't take it to heart or to think much in to it. he thought it was okay since they were the only ones at home.

after putting away the dishes, An kai told Roline to follow him in to the garden but Roline only gave him the T-shirt she had brought.

”put that on, it's not good to live your body exposed. An kai wanted to laugh at Roline's words.

is the port calling the kettle black? Kai murmured.

what are you murmuring Kai? I don't like it when you say things that I don't understand.

”you look beautiful in that baggy thing. I thought you won't wear it but you did. An kai said as he put the t-shirt on. he knew that this woman was taking claim over his body but he didn't mind.
