Roline entered the bedroom with the glass of water on the trey.

have some water first, I will wait for you to finish with your shower so that I serve food.

talking about food, Roline remembered that she had only prepared food for only An and herself.

” I will go prepare something simple as you finish. okay?

when An enteredthe bedroom, he thought about the scene that had taken place not long ago, as his mind wandered, he dismissed the thought since he had had Roline say that even if An was put together with Josh, she would still choose him. the thought of it alone made him smile unknowingly. he took the glass and downed the water, stood up and headed to the bathroom with a towel in his hands.

Josh was typing on his phone when he hadfoot steps from the other end, he responded by looking in the direction ofthe sound.

An was wearing simple home clothes, that matched his facials. he moved to the sofa opposite Josh and started playing on his phone. An was a person with fewer words to people and the only exception was Roline!!

if one told Roline that An was a man with less words, she would look at you as a headless dog that claims to have seen a thief.

Roline was busy displaying food on the dining table. An stood up and went to her.

”do you need any help?

just go get one extra plate for Josh. Roline said without setting her eyes off the dishes.

it's true that Roline knew to cook but, she only knew dishes that she liked to eat. back in school, she didn't pay much attention to what she wanted to eat. she would eat what ever was brought Infront of her without batting an eye.

” times have changed, so does the people!!. Josh broke the silence on the table.

Josh, what are you insinuating? Roline asked looking at Josh with a warning gaze.

”An, would you like to know how this pretty princess acted back then? Josh asked looking at Roline provokingly.

”of course. An answered as he continued eating but few seconds after his answer, he felt someone looking at him.

raising his head, he saw Roline looking very uncomfortable.
