”What's wrong, Meng Chen?” Yin Hanyue was confused and asked me.

”Nothing, just some sad memories.” Han Mengchen and Eunuch Wu walked back and sat down.

Han Mengchen said with a deep voice, ”I want to go see Guan Rou later. Are you coming with me?”

I nodded and whispered, ”Alright, I'll accompany you. Where is her tombstone?”

He promised softly, ”At my grandfather's place, the Five Buried Gateways!”

”Why are they buried there?!” I asked the promise dubiously. Logically speaking, the body should have been dumped there.

He promised in a soft voice, ”It was my grandpa who said it. This way, she can feel at ease to reincarnate.”

I think I understand the meaning behind the promise. Old Master Xu isn't an ordinary person either. After we finished eating, we all took a bus to Five Burial Grounds. I looked at Guan Rou's ice-cold tombstone and felt a kind of stabbing pain in my heart.

Han Mengchen softly comforted me, ”Don't be too sad, but I want to know what happened that night.”

”Nothing …” ”I'm a bit tired and want to go back.” I turned and walked out of the Five Graveyard. It wasn't that I didn't want to say it, it was that I didn't dare face what had happened that night. I was afraid to remember it again.

”Liu Guan Sheng...” I want to talk to you. ” Han Mengchen called out to me, but I didn't have to run away. Paper can't wrap a fire, she would find out sooner or later.

We took a taxi back to the city center. I let Han Mengchen and I stay at the store. Yin Hanyue said that she would go home first if she had something to say, so it was quiet.

”Can you tell me now?” I poured a cup of water and passed it to Han Mengchen. Then I softly asked, ”What do you want to know?”

Han Mengchen said softly, ”I just want to know what happened that night. Guan Rou clearly went back to find you, so how did she die?”

”I also want to know how she died!” I sat down in my chair. I didn't want to think about what had happened that night.

Han Mengchen's eyes turned even redder as tears welled up in her eyes, ”Didn't you catch a master before? How could you not beat that ghost? How could you let it kill Guan Rou!”

I was stunned for a moment, not daring to look her in the eye. Han Mengchen actually knew everything.

Han Mengchen couldn't help but cry, tears running down his face as he said, choked with sobs, ”I hate you …” Because you made me lose a good friend. ”

I said weakly, ”I also hate myself for not being able to save her at that time.”

”That day, Guan Rou said that the two of you dated each other. I was still happy for her, but I don't understand why she suddenly became together with you.”

Han Mengchen reached into his bag and pulled out a stack of papers, placing it on the table. ”So Guan Rou is terminally ill. You know about this, right?”

I hesitated, then said slowly, ”Yes, I know.”

”Then why didn't you tell me!” I suddenly felt that I was a sinful person, Guan Rou's death was all caused by me.

”I don't want to see you again. I originally thought this matter had nothing to do with you, but you actually lied to me!” Han Mengchen was a bit agitated. He turned around and was about to leave when I hastily reached out to grab her hand.

”Let me go!”

”Listen to my explanation!”

”Pah!” Han Mengchen turned around and slapped me hard in the face, ”I don't want to see you again!”

I let go of my hands and just stood there dumbly, watching Han Mengchen run away sorrowfully. I sighed. This is good too... Longer pain is less painful than shorter pain. I sighed and sat back in my chair. I reached for the ashtray, lit it, and smoked.

”Little Liu …” I woke up from my grief. I looked suspiciously at the interior of the shop. A green smoke rose and two familiar figures appeared.

”Little Liu …” After I saw that, I hastily put down the pipe and walked over. ”Master Qi, you two have come to the store. Is there anything you need?”

A strange expression appeared on White Impermanence's face, then she smiled sinisterly and said, ”We came to find you for a matter. If we let you know, then we will definitely let you know, so you don't have to ask too much.”

”You must die!” Black Impermanence still had that savage expression, as if someone owed him money and didn't pay it back.
