With a ring of the bell, class ended …

A few students walked in from outside the canteen. For a moment, I felt a little awkward. The students looked at me and Guan Rou as if they were looking at a monster.

Guan Rou waved her hand and said, ”Meng Chen, we're here.”

”I forgot to introduce her to you. She's my good friend, Han Mengchen.” I stood up and said incoherently as I stretched out my hand and said, ”I … ”My name is Liu. I'm very happy to meet you.”

”Hello, my name is Han Mengchen.” Han Mengchen stretched out his hand and smiled at me, then sat down on a chair and asked Guan Rou, ”Xiao Rou, what are you looking for me for?”

Guan Rou said softly, ”Didn't you say a few days ago that you were not feeling well? It seems like there is something wrapped around you. I specially brought Master Liu to help you take a look.”

”Oh, actually, it's nothing. I just keep having nightmares.”

”Having nightmares is a big matter, you can't underestimate it.”

”Didn't you say to ignore it?!” Guan Rou looked at me before she replied, ”Why did you suddenly change your personality? You changed when you saw beauties.”

I chuckled. ”Did I say that? How come I don't remember?”

”You two keep bickering, I'll treat you two to a meal tonight. I'll explain in detail.” Han Mengchen stood up and said with a smile, ”There are still two classes left in the afternoon, you two can come over at around 4 PM.”

Guan Rou and I walked out of the school. For a while, I didn't know what to do, so I went home first. Guan Rou and I agreed to meet at the school gate at 4 PM.

I specially went to the shopping mall to buy a new set of clothes, cut my hair and took a shower, and brought myself to attention. Finally, in the afternoon, I took a taxi to Golden Leaf Academy, and just as I arrived, I happened to arrive at school.

”He looks so handsome. One look and it's obvious that he's looking for our school's belle.” A male student wearing a school uniform stopped in front of me. His eyes were filled with hatred, as if he wanted to eat me alive.

I curiously asked, ”What business do you have with me?”

”Idiot …” The student scolded me, rolled his eyes at me, and turned to leave.

”What the f * ck!” ”You actually dare to scold me …”

”Why did you come so early? How long have you been waiting?” Guan Rou patted my shoulder as she whispered, ”You look so handsome. It seems that you want to chase after my best friend. Do you need me to help you tie the knot?”

”That's great. If possible, I'll treat you to a big meal then.” As the saying goes, there are people in the court who can do good things. Guan Rou can't help me to say good words in the middle.

We chatted for a while, and then we saw a sports car pull up in front of the school. A young man jumped out, looking about my age, wearing a white suit and carrying a bunch of red roses in his hands.

”Look at them. They bought a bunch of flowers and even drove a sports car.” The man immediately attracted the attention of the onlookers. A few female students surrounded him with envious expressions.

”Guan Rou …” You two have been waiting for a long time, right? ” Han Mengchen changed into casual clothes and walked out with his bag of holding. The man hurried forward and handed the flowers in his hand over.

”Meng Chen, I'm begging you, please be my girlfriend!” After saying that, the man fell to one knee on the ground. Everyone present was stunned. Guan Rou and I also walked over.

Han Mengchen awkwardly said, ”Young Master Zhang, get up first. There are so many people here, how embarrassing.”

Young Master Zhang quickly said, ”Meng Chen, just promise me and I'll get up!”

”Promise him …” Promise him … ” A few female students on the side started to jeer at her. Han Mengchen hastily pulled Guan Rou over, wanting her to get out of the situation.

Guan Rou looked at me and said, ”Young master Liu, someone stole your girlfriend. Why are you so indifferent?”

”Since when did I become her boyfriend …”
