45 Eavesdropping (2/2)

Two o'clock in the middle of the night was a human's time to fall into deep sleep. It was also the time to do any evil deed.

Ye Xiong crawled up from the ground. He was like a monkey as he gently arrived by the side of the bed. He opened up the blanket and was ready to crawl into the bed to sleep.

He had even already thought of an excuse. He would never admit that he had crawled into the bed on his own accord the next morning.

Sleepwalking. Yep. His excuse was sleepwalking.

Since murdering a person during sleepwalking was not a crime, it would not be a crime as well if he were to sleepwalk into the bed.

The body fragrance of a woman rushed into his nose as he gently opened the blanket. The fragrant was so aromatic that Ye Xiong could not get enough of it.

His wife's body was filled with aroma. She was worthy of being the most beautiful girl in Jiangnan.

He noticed Yang Xinyi was holding an incredibly sharp item in her hand as he was about to climb into the bed. Upon closer inspection, he found out that it was a pair of scissors.

'What the f*ck.'

Ye Xiong closed his legs and jumped out of the bed immediately. He had lost his entire mood.

He could use sleepwalking as an excuse that he had accidentally slept in the bed the next morning. However, Yang Xinyi was not the kind of person that would take sleepwalking as an excuse. She would definitely snip his little brother off.

In order to make sure his little brother lived a happy life, Ye Xiong had decided to not take the risk and retreated.

Naturally, he had taken away Yang Xinyi's scissors before he left. While the scissors were able to cut off his manhood, it could also injure her as well.

Yang Xinyi jumped out of the bed the next morning.

”D*mn it, I slept extremely soundly. Was I taken advantage of?” Yang Xinyi immediately checked her body and let out a sigh of relief when she did not find any abnormality.

She looked at the table and saw a pair of scissors over there. That guy must have gotten scared that she might injure herself and took it out of her hands.

A sense of warmth brew inside her when that thought crossed her mind!

This guy was not as bad as she thought!

She went downstairs as she took a shower and changed into a new set of clothes. Aunt and her family were already sitting there chatting with Ye Xiong. Their laughter could be heard throughout the entire living room.

This guy was quite a charmer. When did he learn to control the atmosphere?

”Xinyi, I didn't expect Lil Xiong's breakfast to be amazing. Come and have a taste.” Yang Yueru praised.

”It's only soy sauce and cucumber but he's able to bring out such a flavor. It's amazing.” Tang Jianjun nodded.

Tang Ning was quiet but the way she devoured the food was louder than words.

”Xinyi, I might have just introduced him to Lil Ning if you haven't married Lil Xiong yet!” Yang Yueru laughed.

”Lil Aunt, you're exaggerating!” Ye Xiong laughed as he nodded towards at Xinyi.

It was obvious that he was trying to say, 'See that? Everyone else has taken your husband as a treasure and you're still treating him like a weed.'

Yang Xinyi rolled her eyes and acted like she did not see him at all.

Ye Xiong became mischievous as he watched Tang Ning having her breakfast quietly. He said, ”That's weird, I found a shoe at my bedroom door last night. I wonder which mouse had put it there.”

Tang Ning was so shocked that her face turned red the moment she heard him. She immediately stared at Ye Xiong. That look on her face was trying to tell him to forgive her.

Who would have thought that this extremely audacious girl was so scared of her father? No wonder she was so well-behaved in most situations.

It seemed like she had a weak spot as well.

Yang Yueru and Tang Jianjun went on their way after breakfast. However, Tang Ning stayed back instead of leaving. She said that she would return after playing for a few more days.

”You can play for another three days at best. Your exam is fast approaching and you must return to revise your studies.” Tang Jianjun ordered.

Tang Nin nodded hastily.

She laid on the sofa as if her soul had left her body when Tang Jianjun and Yang Yueru left.

”Finally, those two old people have left.”

”Shut up. No one should scold their parents in such a manner.” Yang Xinyi scolded.

Tang Ning did not seem to care. She turned around immediately and stared at Ye Xiong so intently that her eyes could pop out of her head at any moment. ”Cousin, I've got big news to tell you. Cousin-in-law has a mistress.”
