”Since you know how terrifying I am, then why did you suddenly appear in front of me? Why are you always going against me? ” Liu Muxin stood up from the stool and pinched Liu Xixi's chin, forcing her to learn more about him.

”Liu Muxin, what are you trying to do?”

”Won't you know when the time comes? Shen Mo Chen will be meeting you in a while. ” Liu Muxin lightly patted her face. It was obvious that Liu Xixi's face was red and swollen, but she didn't have the heart to care about it right now.

Silent Chen was still in shock from his sudden rise to become a father as he sped down the road.

Thinking back to the past few years he had with Liu Xi, Shen Mo Chen stepped on the gas pedal to the limit and followed the text sent by Liu Muxin.

The car drove into a desolate village, but when he looked up, there was no sign of anyone coming. He was afraid that he had been tricked by Liu Muxin. He took out his cell phone from the passenger seat and dialed Liu Muxin's number, ”Where are you?”

”It seems like you have arrived?”

”Yeah, there's nothing here.” Shen Mo Chen's face was cold. Normally, if someone dared to deceive him like this, he would've been cut into pieces long ago.

”Are you alone?” Liu Muxin repeatedly confirmed that she was fooling around and told Shen Mo Chen the wrong place. If Shen Mo Chen dared to bring someone, she could guarantee that Liu Xi wouldn't see the sun tomorrow.

”Of course.”

”Then you wait there. I'll arrange for someone to pick you up.” Liu Muxin said in a low voice.

”Alright.” It seemed that he had underestimated Liu Muxin's degree of caution. It was fortunate that she didn't bring anyone else along, otherwise the consequences would have been unimaginable.

Not long after, a yellow taxi passed from the other side and stopped in front of Shen Mo Chen. A muscular man waved for Shen Mo Chen to get on the taxi.

Shen Mo Chen had no choice but to obediently sit at the back. His heart was burning with anxiety, but he did not reveal it.

”Hand me your phone.” The man viciously stated that he was one of the lowest ranked members of the underworld. Naturally, he did not know of the big shots like Shen Mo Chen, and did not hold back when he spoke.

Shen Mo Chen took out his phone from his pocket and handed it over to the man. The man snorted coldly and started up the engine, heading towards a remote alley.

Finally, the car stopped in front of a deserted factory. The strong man led the way, and Shen Mo Chen looked around his surroundings. The third floor had a faint yellow light on it, and it was probably Liu Xi and Anna who were locked up here.

At the top of the stairs, the half of Liu Xi Xi Xi's swollen face was reflected in Shen Mo Chen's eyes. Liu Muxin placed a sharp little knife on her slender neck, looking at Shen Mo Chen with eyes filled with deep malice other than love.

”You finally came?” Liu Muxin asked, not knowing what she meant.

Liu Xixi, who was in a sorry state, looked at Shen Mo Chen as he stood against the wind. For a moment, he couldn't hold back his tears as they streamed down. He had originally felt helpless when he saw someone worth relying on.
