”What's happening?!” the crowd was shocked.
As Prime grew bigger and bigger, even the formations that were on him began to break due to his powerful dragon's aura. Not only that, but the ground also began to shake a lot, almost like there's an earthquake is happening.
”What's going?! Earthquake?!” said one of the elders in a panic manner.
At the same time, his eyes, skin, ears, basically everything began to transform and look more like a mighty black dragon.
”What?! He's a Dragon?” the crowd wondered.
However, Prime is still not done yet, as he still continues to grow bigger and bigger.
40 feet tall.....
70 feet tall.....
100 feet tall.....
125 feet tall.....
150 feet tall.....
Finally, he stops growing. However, the throne room building especially the rooftop, is already completely destroyed while leaving an open large hole for the sunlight to come in.
Also, everyone was speechless, even Narius, Zaburo, Rennes, Tassa, and Volan were all the same as well, as they couldn't believe what they just saw.
”Monster! He's a monster!” said someone in the crowd.
”Idiot! That's not a monster! That's a Dragon King!”

In this world, Dragon Kings are extremely rare because they only exist a few of them. To understand why Dragon Kings are rare, we must first understand how the S-Class Ranking works.
In the S-Class Categories, they are divided into 4 levels and they are by the list:
1. Low Rank, S-Class - Level 900 - 925
2. Mid Rank, S-Class - Level 926 - 950
3. High Rank, S-Class - Level 951 - 975
4. Peak Rank, S-Class - Level 976 - 1000
In this case, a dragon only becomes a dragon king when he/she reaches the Peak Rank of S-Class, then only he/she will be label as a Dragon King. The same goes for the human race as well, but for the humans, it would be called Human King instead.
Of course, the number of S-Rank Adventurers reaching the Peak Rank are extremely rare. Which is why when ordinary people see them, they can't help but admire them and call them kings.
”Impossible! A Dragon King?!” Volan was shocked.
”What's going on?! Isn't Prime a human? So how come he's now a Dragon King?” said Narius with a surprised look on his face.
After a while, Prime crossed both of his arms and looked down below at the Bolt Clan people, and said:
”Hehe, so what now? Are you guys going to apologize and give me another excuse again?” Prime smiled.
Previously when the Bolt Clan hurt Saito, he only punished them by taking Helmon's life. But this time, he's not going to be as lenient as before.
”Damn! Just how many secrets does this guy have?” Volan wondered.
”Interesting, who would have thought a Peak Rank S-Class would appear here,” Volan smiled.
”Hmm, who is this Volan? He seems pretty calm despite knowing that I'm stronger than him. Wait, don't tell he's going to perform another powerful formation on me again?” Prime thought to himself.
Although Prime was able to break free the two formations from earlier, but he doesn't know if he can do it again the next one. It seems like formation spell in this world is very powerful, as it can even take down someone who is a lot stronger than you.
However, the downside of using formation spells is that it takes a lot of time to set up, but in return it is very powerful.
Meanwhile, outside of the Bolt Clan villa, Conrad could see a big black dragon standing with his arm crossed.
”What's going on?! Is that a Dragon King?” said Conrad shockingly. Of course, Conrad didn't know that the dragon king is Prime, as he only knew Prime in his human form.
Due to Prime's dragon aura, it alerts many people and other clans nearby to sense his presence. Of course, Nara and Buro's group sense it as well. However, it's not just his dragon aura that attracts people's attention, but also his gigantic dragon size as well.
”Alright, many people are coming now, so let's end this fast. I will give you guys one last chance, but in return, I want four people dead today no matter what,”
”And who might the four people be?” said one of the elders nervously.
”Narius, Rennes, Zaburo, and Volan, these four must die today no matter what, or else I will annihilate the entire Bolt Clan,”
