34 Tournament Day Two (2/2)

”Alright, since I'm in a good mood now, so I will give you three moves as handicaps,”

”You sure?” replied Akira respectfully.

”Yes, go ahead and if you can injure me with your first three moves, then I will surrender. So don't say I didn't give you any chance,”

”..... very well, I will try my best,”

Rennes normally never shows mercy to anyone, but Akira was very respectful and polite to him, therefore Rennes was pleased by Akira's attitude and decided to give Akira some chance.

With that said, Akira didn't hesitate and use his full power to attack Rennes. As for Rennes, he just stood still and took on the attack directly. However, no matter how powerful Akira's punches are, it didn't seem to hurt Rennes at all. It seems like Rennes Gold/C-Rank armor is too strong and took no damage at all.

In this world, there's ranking for weapons and armors as well, and the ranking is similar to the game League of Legends. Which is from Bronze all the way to Challenger, or F-Rank all the way to S-Rank.

Since Akira's weapon is a Silver Rank Gauntlet, therefore it is too weak to harm a Gold Rank Armor, which is why Rennes took no damage at all because the gap is just too big.

However, if Akira had a Gold Rank Gauntlet, then maybe he would stand a chance, but in this case, Akira can only give up and admit defeat.

”Not bad, not bad. Although I took no damage at all thanks to my Gold Rank Armor, but regardlessly, I could tell that your attack just now was very strong and anyone around your level will be defeated by you easily,”

”Thank you for your praise,” said Akira with a hold fist salute.

Of course, even without Rennes Gold Rank's armor, he could still defeat Akira easily. Except that he would probably get hurt a little if he fights without his armor.

”Alright, do you want me to make my move first, or are you going to surrender?” said Rennes nicely, as he doesn't want to hurt Akira.

”I surrender!”

With that said, once again Rennes and Akira then shook their hand respectfully and since Rennes likes Akira's attitude, so he ended up inviting Akira to join his clan. Of course, Akira gladly accepts the offer and joined the Bolt Clan.

”Heh? That's rare to see Rennes-sama treating someone so nice,” said someone in the crowd.

”You idiot! Rennes-sama has always been a kind person, as long as you respect him and treat him nicely, then he will do the same to you too,”

”What?! Are you serious?! Then maybe I should start pleasing Rennes-sama from now on wahaha!”

Prime shakes his head, ”These people are dumb.... How can you call Rennes a good guy when he uses his clan power to bully other clans.....”

”I guess these people just want to have an easy life by joining the Bolt Clan and get the benefits,”

After a while, the second match started and it is Tanya Blue vs. Guran Blue.

”What an unlucky draw to have both brother and sister fighting each other,” said one of the guild envoys.

”Damn! I wanted both Tanya and Guran to at least reach the semi-final, but it looks like that won't happen today,” said the Blue Clan leader Zoran disappointingly. ”Oh well, although Guran would most probably win, but it will be a good battle experience for Tanya I guess,”

”Battle Start!” yelled the tournament referee.

With that said, Tanya and Guran then begin fighting each other, and 20 minutes later, Tanya finally became exhausted and Guran had the upper hand and defeated her.

Then the third match begins, Li Wei vs. Tian Hong, Li Wei Wins!

”Wow! Li Wei is so strong. Is he a swordmaster or something?” said someone in the crowd.

Since Li Wei is from the Aire Clan, so he specializes in Wind Magic. He's a Swordsman class and he's known for his sharp speed and power. The reason why he's fast is thanks to his Wind magic, which help boost his speed by multiple times, thus he was able to dominate and defeat his opponent easily.

Among the 5 clan masters, Li Wei was also known as the second strongest adventurer after Rennes Bolt. It used to be Guran the second strongest, but unfortunately, Guran slack off at some point of his life, so Li Wei ended up overtake him.

”Next Match! Orato Fira vs. HuskyBeast!” yelled the tournament referee.

Without delay, Prime and Orato then went up to the main stage and get ready for their battle.
