79 Explosion (1/2)

Long Yu turned to his right and saw a giant figure coming his way. It was a muscular man around 2 meters tall who was wearing a white tank top and camouflage pants. With his taut muscles bulging through his arms, he looked intimidating.

”Who are you?” Long Yu uncaringly asked. Just when he wanted to leave, another annoyance appeared.

”You still dare ask after hurting my men? I am their captain, you little punk!” the muscular man spoke with a loud voice, as if afraid no one could hear him.

”Well, technically, only this guy is injured, and he sort of did it to himself,” Long Yu gestured at the soldier with the tattoo who was bleeding on the ground.

”Still acting like a smartass? Let's see if you'll still be that smug when I break your limbs,” the captain said as he open his arms wide.

”Haaa!!!” the captain let out a cry as the dirt on the ground started to harden and stuck themselves to his body. From the looks of it, he was trying to form an armour made of rocks.

'A special ability user?' Long Yu's eyebrow raised at the sight.

”Kakaka!! Once our captain is done, not even bullets will be able to-” the soldier with the tattoo laughed hysterically but stopped midway as if something was stuck inside his throat.

Before the captain was able to finish forming his armour, Long Yu already moved.

Equipping his legs with the exoskeleton armour, he was able to reach the man with a single step.

”Too slow,” Long Yu slapped the man on the side of his head, sending him to the ground.

'Fuck…Can't you at least let me finish transforming…' this was the captain's last thoughts before he fell unconscious.

”With an unreasonable captain like you, no wonder you have soldiers like those under you…” Long Yu said to the unconscious man.

It was obvious that the officer had no intention of understanding the situation. He decided to avenge his men even though they were clearly in the wrong. For people like this, Long Yu did not feel the need to be polite.

'Haaa… what a tiring day. Come to think of it, we have yet to have lunch. I should ask what the little lass wants to eat after we get out of this city…' Long Yu thought to himself as he walked back to his vehicle under the gaze of those stupefied soldiers.

*Vroom*

Long Yu started the engine and and stepped on the pedal. The Black Shark accelerated onto the street, driving off into the distance.

”Hmph, isn't the military too incompetent? They can't even deal with a single guy…” manager Zhang gnashed his teeth and said.

As Long Yu suspected, they were the ones who snitched on him. After witnessing the behaviours of the soldiers at the entrance, Wei Ying came up with a plan to find trouble for them.
