Chapter 46 Scream! (1/2)
When Prince Zain arrived in the Facility, everyone was already waiting for them.
The King, Queen, Adam's sister, and other vampires were waiting for them at the entrance of the Facility. Everyone is eager to see their savior.
Their excitement turned to worries when they see the girl unconscious in the Prince's arms.
A middle age man and a woman rushed to the Prince side and the man took Jess' body in his arms. The woman cried beside him, they rushed Jess' body into the Middle of the Facility where the vampires' headquarters were located.
Jessy was put into a white room that looks like a hospital room. A physician was already waiting for their arrival. He immediately checked her vital stats, her breathing is steady, her face is a little bit pale.
He politely instructed the other vampires to vacate the room so that he can do some testing on Jess' body and diagnosed her condition properly.
The middle age man and woman were huddled together on a chair outside the room. The man consoled the crying woman, rubbing her back gently.
”Jessy will be fine,” he mumbled repeatedly into the woman's ears.
But the woman is inconsolable, she continues her crying.

While in the mansion...
The first 24 hours were agonizingly slow for Nana Aida.
The waiting is killing her...
She sleeps late that night and would check Adam's grave to see if he is resurrected or not yet before going to bed and early in the morning she would do the same.
On the second day, his grave remains the same as it is the night he was buried. The roses Jessy scattered around his grave already start dying and withering under the terrible heat of the sun during day time.
She is losing hope...
On the third day, she sleeps at 12 midnight just to wait for Adam to arise from his gave, still nothing happens. She goes to sleep that night disappointed while the rain is raging in torrents outside her window.
On the fourth day, she finally accepted the hard and painful truth that Adam will never be resurrected in this lifetime. She swept the withered rose petals above Adam's grave. She planned to put a tombstone on his grave with his name on it.
