Chapter 1132: Counterattack the Celestial Realm (1/2)

Over the next two days, everything appeared calm. As Jiang Fei was so weak that he needed someone to feed him, there were a lot of things that he could not attend to in the real world. However, he was not prevented from playing Dawnlight in the evening.

In the game, Jiang Fei’s capabilities were completely unaffected. However, he was starting to feel bored by the repeated attacks from the Cultist army.

Two days passed, and Jiang Fei’s body was still feeling weak. Despite that, he was still heavily occupied as the storyline in the game had arrived at an important juncture.

After several days of challenging battles, the attacks from the Cultists had reached the final stage. Groups of Overlord bosses had arrived and were attacking much more aggressively than before.

Boom! Boom! Boom!

As Jiang Fei stood on the balcony of a tower near the teleportation point, he was able to hear loud continuous explosions.

“Damn. I’ve never seen a battle like this. They are using Seal Curse Spells like there’s no tomorrow!” Little Rain murmured.

At this point of time, players from various guilds were having a tough time. Even Empyreal Dragon’s main group of players were being pushed back by their enemies. They were equally powerless against the strong Seal Curse Spells.

Although most of the players had progressed quite a lot in the game and had reached higher levels with better equipment, tens of thousands of players would still lose nearly all of their Health Points from being struck by a single Seal Curse Spell. Before these players could even replenish their Health Points, the second wave of Seal Curse Spells would have already arrived.

“Why aren’t the NPC armies taking any action? If this goes on, we won’t even have time to revive!” Lady Casanova complained next to Jiang Fei.

Although players would not lose Experience points in the Faction Region, they still needed time to revive in the city and collect new equipment before returning to the battlefield.

It was during this period that the Cultist army pushed forward. From the looks of things, they were getting very close to the teleportation point.

“We can’t let them get any closer!” Jiang Fei frowned. Although he did not know how strong the defenses were at the teleportation point, Jiang Fei did not want to take the risk as there were thousands of Overlord bosses in the enemy camp.

“Alright, I’ll try to stop them!” Jiang Fei did not seem too confident. He was worried that he might not be able to kill all of the enemies by the time his transformation had ended.

Boom!

As a pink mist surrounded Jiang Fei’s body, he once again transformed into his Demon form.

After the transformation, Jiang Fei charged toward the Cultist army with his clones.

Very soon, the Cultist army became affected by the Unholy Domain and began attacking each other instead of advancing against the teleportation point.

Although these Cultists were very slow at killing each other, they were at the very least blocking the way of the larger armies behind them. As such, the players were able to finally take a break.

“Release! Spread out!” Jiang Fei gave orders to the Soulcutter which instantly ungrouped and began pursuing the Overlord bosses. After all, the Overlord bosses were the ones dealing significant damage to other players.
