Chapter 638 - A Surprise Guest (1/2)

"We are not cutting part of it. We are taking it!" said 0541.

"Taking it? As in taking the entire beast?" said Jiang Fei to clarify the absurdity of 0541.

"Captain, the beast has been beaten to a pulp, literally. It will take at least hundreds of years to recover. At best, 10 years before it can even move freely on its own. In this period, it can only rely on psychic attacks to defend itself. It is nothing but a slab of meat, unable to do anything but scream. In the eyes of the other Level 5 Metahumans in the world, this Level 5 Alien Beast is nothing but trash. However, they will soon understand its importance and come after it. We are taking it in to keep it away from others. One of these days, you will be strong enough to take on this beast on your own! You will need to train on your psychic defenses if you want to defeat it though," said 0541.

"Psychic defenses aside, if I can defeat this alien… thingy, I take it that the beast will be a treasure trove for me to make stronger Bio-Humans?" said Jiang Fei. Given enough time, Jiang Fei could devise a special plan just to defeat the beast. Once he became stronger, the poor alien beast would be Jiang Fei's chicken! Jiang Fei could harvest as much flesh from it as he wanted! Like an unlimited egg supply… figuratively.

"Alright, do your thing," Jiang Fei instructed.

0541 sent out a beam of silver light, engulfing the entire Level 5 Alien Beast like a cozy blanket. As it was in deep sleep, the beast was cut off from all external stimuli. It did not even realize that it was being protected by 0541's barrier.

Unexpectedly, Jiang Fei thought that 0541 would be absorbing the beast into the ring as it did with the other ship fragments. It appeared that 0541 was only shielding its presence from other people. Once the light barrier was fully erected, the faint Level 5 energy that the beast gave out was removed completely. Even if other Level 5 Metahuman stood next to it, they would not be able to sense its presence unless they got past the barrier.

"It is done. No one will be coming here to check on it. We are all set to leave this place," said 0541.

"Well, time to leave this godforsaken volcano," said Jiang Fei as he prepared the hoverboard.

After he was out of the volcano, he blasted the top of the mountain and covered the entrance of the volcano with dirt. That way, no one would suspect anything hiding inside the volcano.

"Where to next?" Jiang Fei asked.

Jiang Fei's top priority was to find the Main Engine room of Braveheart. Energy Crystals would make a good find as well since Jiang Fei's number one concern was his energy problems.

"I have three places to suggest," said 0541.

"Where?"

"Earth's North and South Poles, as well as the famous Bermuda Triangle."

"Ahh! Good call," said Jiang Fei.

The poles of the Earth were icy tundra with almost no human in sight. Even if they were, the chances of them finding an alien aircraft would be low. The Bermuda Triangle was famous for its ghastly phenomenon as well as unexplainable activities. Since there are many instances of shipwrecks, as well as, planes going missing in this area, it might have something to do with Braveheart.
