150 Memories Part-1 (1/2)

I was born in the small countryside town of Buraford Kingdom and at the age of six. I witnessed the sudden disappearance of my first love at least from my side. I was worried about him and there was not a single day that I was not worried and thought about him. I don't know why I had such intense feeling for him. It's just existed and with years It kept on increasing day to day.

[Eleven years ago, The day Kai disappearance from my life]

I returned back to my house after getting my potential tested. My mother and father were so happy, knowing I am a million year genius. But I was not, I only felt a void in my heart. A place in my heart which never is fulfilled. For a girl whose age is just 6 year old, it was a complicated feeling and I was not able to understand it.

I just knew one thing that I have to find Kai. Only he can fill that void.

After a week, I and my fellow town mates left the town to travel with Townlord Alfred. Everyone one was cheerfully talking but I didn't feel any pleasure from inside myself. Instead I felt lonely, saying goodbye to the familiar town and my parents without knowing when I would return or meet them again.

I didn't want to leave but I remember the promise I and Kai had made together one year ago, to become a magic Grandmaster together and return back to the village.

He is no longer with me and the promise was the last thing which connected us both together as well as the promise which I had made to myself to find him. Wherever he may be in the continent. So I hardened my heart and entered the carriage with others.

During our journey I became friends with others and my loneliness was suppressed a little. It seems I was not the only one who was feeling so, others were also feeling lonely with fear in their heart towards the unknown outside world.

We travel for four day and three nights to reach the southern fortress city known as  Aviron city.

The place where we are going to meet the representatives of various academies throughout the continent.

[Four days later, Aviron City]

By the time we reached the Aviron City. The sun on the horizon was already setting.

It was my first time seeing a city and the huge walls with man's wearing leather armour and spears in their hands walking around. In the unknown land. We didn't dare to move around and stick together with the Townlord.

Entering the town we saw the entire street brighten up with magic lamps and hawkers shouting from the road side to attract customers. People were moving around like it was day time and chatting with one another.

It was a completely different experience for me and my head was full of curiosity towards the new world I had just entered.

We wanted to tour the city and urged Townlord Alfred. Who refused to listen to us and took as directly to the registration center.

Later, he took us to an inn where we all stayed for the night.

This night was going to last night, when all of us were together in the same place as we laughed and smiled.

But seeing that, it reminded me of the crying face of Kai. Who suddenly disappeared into the unknown, just thinking about it made my heart jabbed. As others also noticed my condition and came towards me and asked with worried expression.
