139 Night Of Starry Sky (1/2)

Jai was carrying Kai on his shoulder while holding the heroic Spirit Command staff in his right hand and flying towards the Ebonwick Fortress.

After the removal of the core of the ancient battlefield, the dark elemental essence has started to disperse. While the undeads of ancient battlefields were devoured by the Samsara world. Before, the materialistic world and Samsara spiritual world started to again separate from each other.

But the mystery behind who is trying to invade the Samsara world has still not been solved and according to Kai, Death has asked for his help on this matter.

On the other hand Jai currently unaware of the changes going around the continent and the words of Dai Yusa are causing Chaos and discussion throughout the continent as the emergency meetings were getting conducted throughout the empire and kingdom as he flew towards the Ebonwick Fortress.

While everyone was discussing the words said by Dai Yusa.

Froleytia and Alina were more concerned about Kai. For different reasons, Froleytia is sure that the phenomenon which occurred just now was related to Kai and according to Dai Yusa words it is related to unlocking seals.

From  analysing both the conditions and reasoning of her. She came to a conclusion thatKai and Dai Yusa are related to each other.

Suddenly she remembered that Kai had told her that his master is about to see everything going through the continent during yesterday's meeting.

”That would mean that Kai is Dai Yusa disciple.A person who is both a magic user and Battle Archmage. Though I don't know what a Battle Archmage is, most probably I can get the answers from Kai later after he returns and about the matter of the seal on the continent”thought Froleytia.

While Alina was looking towards the direction of the ancient battlefield with worried expression and saw the figure of a man carrying someone on his shoulder. Flying towards them with a wooden staff in his hand.

Seeing this Alina eyes brightened up and she felt relieved”Finally they are back”muttered Alina.

On the other hand, Jai slowly reached the ground and stood before the gate of Ebonwick Fortress and walked inside.

The soldiers were still recovering from the events which had occurred some time ago and were moving around the Fortress to make sure everything was fine after the earthquake and were reporting to Commander Darwin about the casualties and losses due to the loss. Hopefully nobody died and suffered only some minor injuries but some storage room used for keeping food had collapsed with most of the ruins around the fortress and cracks had appeared on the eastern wall of the fortress.

Darwin nodded and looked at the report carefully and ordered the soldiers to return to his post.

Just as he was about to go to Froleytia to report back. He saw Jai enter the fortress wearing rag and torn clothes with scars on his shoulders, while he was carrying the unconscious body of Kai on his shoulder.

Seeing this Darwin was astonished

”Just where did these guys go? For them to return back in such a state. What kind of monsters these guys fought for mister Jai and Mister Kai to return with such a state”thought Darwin.

As he moves towards Jai to welcome him back with a smile.

”Mister Jai welcome back”shouted Darwin

Hearing that Jai turned round and saw Darwin walking towards him and he stopped.

”Thank you, Commander Darwin. It's good that I am here. Can you please tell me where the soldiers quarters are located?”said Jai as he looked at the unconscious body of Kai.

Darwin immediately understood. What Jai is concerned about and nodded.

”Please, follow me. I will guide you”

After taking some rights and left turn they finally arrived in the soldiers quarters and entered inside. Changed his torned clothes with the spare clothes of a soldier and placed Kai on the bed with a blanket on top of him.

As Jai sat down beside him to wait for Kai to walk up and Darwin took his leave to report to Froleytia.

[Ten minutes later]

Alina entered the room followed by Froleytia, Duke Grawn, Kade, Mefisto, Louie, Joseph, Esabella with entire Chronos Magic Academy students and looked at the pale unconscious body of Kai lying down on the bed with Jai sitting beside in his torned clothes.

They all runned towards the soldiers' quarters as soon as they found out that Jai and Kai had returned.

Alina seeing Kai's condition looked at Kai with a worried expression and looked at Jai.

”Brother Jai what had happened to Master?”

”Nothing much, Kai has used up all his magic power at the same time and due to magic deficiency has become unconscious. He will wake up after sometime”said Jai and looked at others.

”If you guys have any questions. I will answer you guys after Kai wakes up. Please wait for sometime outside or come later”said Jai.

Because, he can already feel the expression on the faces of these guys. That they have already noticed that the phenomenon of manifestation of law was caused by Kai or related to him.

As he looked at Froleytia”Maybe it's because of her story of an alternative future yesterday”muttered Jai.

”No, I want to stay by Master side,”said Alina as she looked at Kai.

”I will wait beside you. Until master wake up”
