117 Gathering of Geniuses Part-2 (1/2)

”As we already know, that we all have gathered here to investigate the clause, behind the recent changes which have occurred in ancient battlefield,and which can result in catastrophic damage to both of our empire or even to the entire continent”

”So Duke Vorn and I thought, why don't we organise a social gathering so that all participants can interact with each other and get to know eachother before we head towards the ancient battlefield”said Duke Raleigh.

On the other hand, Kai ignored him, as the Duke goes on giving a boring speech and expression his gratitude.

Kai was more busy observing the guests and officers.

Most of them were wearing fancy dresses and glittering jewellery while taking with each other, and are part of high society of Blackmere city and are not even magic users and battlemage.

”This guy can still think of inviting various groups and forces of continent for a common social gathering. Without even knowing about the dangerous situation of ancient battlefield.

Instead of holding social gathering, currently they should focus more on investigating the ancient battlefield and sharing information”thought Kai as he look at Duke Releigh who was taking with others without a care and inviting others to dance in pair of boy and girl.

Suddenly three groups of her entered the ballroom and heard Duke Grawn muttered.

”The students of imperial academy are finally here”

Kai and his group were standing on the side away from the looks two of Duke eyes as they were busy taking with people of their own circle.

But on seeing the three groups entering the ballroom they quickly moved to welcome them.

The first group was lead by a old man in his sixties with silky white hair with spectacles, wearing a coat black with a vest on which the shaded of plan trees were drawn, with a grey tie and matching pants and polished brown shoes and brown leather belt made up of unknown high quality leather.

The second group is lead by a woman who looks like is in her thirties with short black hair and wearing a long purple dress covering her till her knees with design of stars and moon with a belt around her waist with high heels.

Following both of them were boys and girls stylish, well tailored dresses fancy dress with cultivation of first level of magic Knight.

Kai can always guess these guys are new graduates of imperial academy but even the youngest was thirty years old with average magic power purity of 6stage.

”These guy have no hope of becoming magic champion”thought Kai.

As the cultivation process a solid foundation is a must. Even if a person has greater body potential and resources. But so solid foundation they cannot progress much in later stages of cultivation.During every major realm breakthrough, the magic power returns to its purest stage of grade ten and it's magic users and battlemage responsible to maintain that purity. But compared to the first two groups third was the most attention catching.

The third group was divided into two parts.

On side is wearing white military uniform while the other is black.

The white side was lead by a blonde short haired man charming handsome white skin man with scarlet eyes and is about the height of 182cm and wearing well switched and neat -pressed dress white long fill selves military coat coving their entire body with golden linered long collar and a golden chain reaching out from the shoulders to their neck button with a black leather belt with golden buckle around their waist with matching long leather boots and hands covered in white gloves.

Beside him was a short well combed black haired man with brown skin and brown eyes with broad shoulders and height of about 185cm with the same design military uniform of black colour.

Giving him a unique charm of his own and dominant aura.

Seeing the two guys in military uniform, Kade sighed and had a complicated expression on his face.

While Duke Grawn was shocked on seeing the the old man as his eyes won't leave him, but suddenly his eyes fall on the black haired woman and tried to hid himself within the crowd with scared expression.

On Lizel was shocked and her eagerness and nervousness can feel seen in her flicking eyes.

Kai also notice and cannot bare to ask the identity of the two man and got the reply from a unexpected source.

”These two are commander of two special regiment of army directly under the command of emperors”
