. After the defeat of Undead Emperor Yakto and his minions. Kai was crowned as the new king of Buraford Kingdom and will sit on the throne after he graduated from Chronos Magic Academy. This was decided by his grandfather Yami and council of elders.
But Kai made a suggestion that he doesn't want the ancient system of administration to continue on.
Declaring”If I became the king of Buraford Kingdom then it also must change its way with his ideals. The noble system of administration is base and overlook the merit of others, so I want you guys to think of another way of administration. Which is focused on merit, but ensure the absolute command of the ruler over his territory and people”
Hearing Kai demand, naturally elders and ministers apposed Kai decision and feared that it will lead to a birth of a tyrant. Who will do as he likes without taking suggestions from his subordinates as their will be no power to appose and keep the the power of king in check. Even Yami don't agree with it.
This was the time when Behemoon, Jai, Kaya, Maya, Lord Bolt and Ellie stood up to support Kai decision and took charge of transforming the kingdom according to Kai demand.
The first started with calling all the nobles family and their subordinate; wether they are corrupted or not didn't make matters. To brainwash and made some changes to their memories and truned them into workers of administration department and were divided into different departments to handle different works.
This measure got rid of all the rebels and opposition of nobles and turned them into work force and adapted the administration structure of eastern region. While Behemoon took charge of the administration office and made sure everything is going fine.
Making all three main cities in three regions headquarters and incharge of maintenance of the region.
Second military power was fully controled by royal family and personal army of any kind was not allowed.
The military power was taken under Jai and he became the instructor of entire Buraford Kingdom army and started training them. Settings the minimum target of rising soldiers cultivation to peak of magic Grandmaster stage.
While dividing it into inner army and outer army. Inner will deal with security and safety of people inside the territory while outer army will protect the boundary. While also reaching a special division which will work directly under the king order.
Ofcourse to start the training Jai called out most of the army away from the boundaries of country living few scout to get regular updates from them.
So the hellish training began and name of demonic instructor have already spread among all.
While Bolt and Kaya continued to focus on infrastructure of the kingdom and rapid development with support from Fastasia group.
While Maya was been training a group of medic and agriculture development of various parts of kingdom.
Ellie has been a major help, specially her potions. Even with all the workers, ministers and officers, Buraford Kingdom had a major lack of workforce for the rapid changes in the development. So potion which increases mental and physical health of individual have been on high demand and are consumed in a high rate to increase the efficiency of the workforce.
Some of them have not slept for months now and are working without any rest.
Military is also going through the same. Only recently a little break has been given to all. So that they can relax after three months of heavy working. So be more precise without no doubt that entire kingdom have went through a major changes in these three months.
Leaving Yami and council of elders speechless but the also notice that the new system of administration and transformation put a large pressure on the finance department of the kingdom as workers are needed to be paid three times more money and to buy resources for the cultivation of military as well as the raw materials for the potions.But they don't received any report of reduction of gold in treasury, which left them a little puzzled which they later found out is coming from Kai personal pocket.

Which will reward the handworking and punish the freeloaders as well as the supervising department which will keep a record of everyone achivement and faults.
To motivate them to work with more efficiently and also focus on improving themselves with time.
One major thing which others didn't notice is that the entire new system of administration left Kai free of all adminstration work, at the same time granting him power over the final policies and major decisions of the kingdom.

Today is a bright sunny day and
Lord Bolt is standing before the window. Looking at the western gate with a smile on his face and beside him Alfred and Simon are standing.
After getting dismissed from the election of king candidate. Simon started helping the people recover from the aftermath of the disaster, but Behemoon contacted him and made him the city lord of Rio city. The governor of western region of Buraford Kingdom; while Alfred is currently following Lord Bolt and acting as his assistant as well as receiving guidance of Lord Bolt in cultivation and later Simon also joined cultivation process. Being a fire magic user Simon greatly benefited. Alfred and Simon has major breakthrough in their cultivation under his guidance.
Alfred has already reached first level of magic knight stage while Simon is level seven magic knight expert.
In particular Lord Bolt is currently supervising the infrastructure development of western region as he is already done with the other part of kingdom. At the rate at which the development is going. He believes it will be done within next ten days.

The carriage carrying, Duke Grawn and Saintess stopped before the castle gate as one of the guards open the door and they came out and looked at the Castle before them.
Which is currently going under reconstruction and workers are still working and repairing the walls and no guards can be seen beside the castle gate which is wide open to welcome anyone.
As they saw a handsome man wearing navy blue colour robe almost touching the ground coming out of the castle with a smile on his face.
