”Mn, I just started the guild a few days ago. Would you be interested in joining?”

”Ah, no thank you. I've been in the Ghost Pedal Guild for the past 3 years now. I shouldn't leave them.”

Xiao Fang could sense the nameplate around her waist, so he assumed her to decline his offer.

Yan Mei was also in a guild, but she had only recently gotten into it. She was getting a good allowance from them so she didn't think it'd be wise for her to drop it to join a startup guild like Xiao Fang's. However, she was still tempted to join, so she held on to the guild nameplate Xiao Fang left for her.

A few minutes later, Ye Ming came walking into the large classroom. It only took her a few seconds to find Xiao Fang. Without saying a word, she quietly sat down next to him.

”How did you do?” Xiao Fang asked.

”Division 3, as I expected,” Ye Ming replied.

Ye Ming didn't care who Xiao Fang's friends were, so she didn't even look in their direction. The girls knew who Ye Ming was because they used to be in the 4th Divisional class together. What they didn't know was her relationship with Xiao Fang. However, it only took one look at her 'Nameless' guild nameplate to realize what it was.

”Hey! which one of you was it!?” A girl suddenly screamed at the back of the class.

Everyone looked back to see who the girl was, but the moment they did, they immediately understood what was going on.

”Who's that?” Xiao Fang asked.

”That's Division 1 disciple, Tan Xue. She used to be 10th on the trial pod test till someone recently beat her score,” Yan Mei explained.

”Aren't you going to show your face!? Do you think you're better than me, huh!?” Tan Xue continued to scream.

As annoying as she was, she was still a Division 1 disciple, so no one was brave enough to tell her to stop making so much noise.

Ye Ming crossed her arms and leaned back in her chair as if she was uninterested in the situation. She then quietly commented saying,

”If someone beat her score, then of course that means they're better than her.”

As quiet as she was, Xiao Fang still heard her, then replied.

”The trial pod test is a test that measures one's spirit cultivation abilities, since it doesn't measure one's body cultivation it can't be considered a test for one's overall battle power... Although, in this case, you might be right.”

Ye Ming understood his words better than anyone. If she could use her [ Spirit Knives ] technique in the trial pod, she'd be ranked much higher than she currently was.

Ye Ming looked at Xiao Fang from the corner of her eye then began to wonder what rank he was in.

'Would he make it into the top 30? Top 25? Top 20?' She thought.

The more she thought about it, the higher she believed he'd get rank. However, after a certain point it stopped making sense. It was common for those above rank 25 to constantly be changing ranks, but for those under it, they hardly changed at all. Finally, Ye Ming's eye slowly widen when she came to a crazy conclusion.

'Could it be him?' She thought.

Since no one was admitting to it, the veins on Tan Xue's head began to bulge. However, before she could do anything, someone suddenly opened the door. The person that walked in was a beautiful middle aged-woman with a flawless figure. This woman was none other than the assistant-teacher, Su Lingxi.

When Tan Xue saw Su Lingxi walk in, she reluctantly sat back down.

”Good morning, class. Your teacher will be here shortly,” Su Lingxi said.

At that moment, everyone's attention was stuck on Su Lingxi like glue. It was as if the moment she walked into the room, her presence was enough to captivate the entire room. Nearly everyone admired her, even more so the disciples she taught in her divisional class.

”Teacher Assistant Su, you look so beautiful today, please tell me your secret,” one disciple said.

”Ah, is that so? Perhaps it's because I made another breakthrough yesterday,” Su Lingxi replied.

”Another breakthrough?! You're amazing!”

”Am I?” Su Lingxi smiled.

Truthfully, she also couldn't explain it herself. The day when she cultivated with Xiao Fang was the same day she noticed a change in her cultivation sessions.

The other girls in the class began to congratulate Su Lingxi.

Su Lingxi wasn't much older than many of his classmates, but she was already 1 of the 5 teacher assistants in the class. She definitely had a bright future ahead of her. Of course, Xiao Fang admired her too, but not for the same reasons.

Suddenly, Xiao Fang could hear a new pair of footsteps coming towards the classroom. In the next moment, the classroom doors opened then an Elder walked in. She stood at about 161cm tall, wore her hair up, and she seemed fairly old. Xiao Fang couldn't make out much since he was still blindfolded, but he could feel her natural aura completely change the atmosphere in the room the moment she entered it. It felt almost as if she had complete control of everything in her surroundings. She showed all the signs of someone being in the Divine realm. But just to be sure, Xiao Fang used his dual cultivation technique again.
