After speaking to the Supreme Elder, Xiao Fang went down to the guild's basement then started cultivating in seclusion. Xue Li went home after deconstructing her mother's formation, and Ye Ming went into seclusion as well. After everything Ye Ming went through, she just wanted to be alone.

For the next few days, Xiao Hei eventually helped Xiao Fang integrate the blue beast core into his body, then he spent most of his time trying to learn the [ Solid Clone ] technique. Xue Li visited a few times, and Yan Mei stopped by after learning the location of the guild house, but both girls weren't able to see Xiao Fang since he was still in seclusion.

Yao Yin didn't know that Xiao Fang started his own guild, so she kept going to his old house every night to check if he was there. Eventually she began to figure that something was up, but that didn't stop her from checking. Consequently, Zhao Pan and Bai Fan noticed her repeated visits, but they didn't know what to think of it. Although so much happened in the time that he was away, it hadn't even been a week since the last time Zhao Pan and Bai Fan last saw him.

In the lounge of the Nameless guild house, Jiang Mei walked into that room then spotted Rong Shi sitting crossed legged on a cushion as she spirit cultivated. Jiang Mei had just gotten out of bed, so her long hair was still down and a bit frizzy while she was in her onesie pajama. After brewing a pot of tea in the lounge, she poured herself a cup, then went back to quietly watching Rong Shi spirit cultivate.

A few moments later, Su Yun walked into the lounge wearing her blue pajama onesie, but her blond hair was much frizzier, almost as if she came back from a wild party. She walked right past the pot of tea Jiang Mei brewed then reached for the first bottle of alcohol she could find. Su Yun didn't bother pouring herself a cup, she just took the whole bottle with her then sat on the bean bag seat next to Jiang Mei.

”I'm so glad we don't have to work today,” Su Yun said as she slouched back in her bean bag chair like a corpse.

”Lower your voice, you might interrupt Rong Shi,” Jiang Mei spoke softly.

”What? Why is she even cultivating here? This is the lounge, this is where people come to talk.”

Jiang Mei smiled lightly as she shook her head.

Suddenly, a shockwave of Qi burst out from Rong Shi's body. The shockwave wasn't very powerful, but it was enough to break the bottle of alcohol Su Yun was holding. Normally, Su Yun would be upset that someone broke her bottle, but this was different. The burst of qi was a sign of someone making a breakthrough. Now when Jiang Mei and Su Yun looked at Rong Shi's aura, they could see another layer to it.

Rong Shi's aura eventually settled down, then she opened her eyes.

Su Yun was going to congratulate her, but stopped herself when she noticed Jiang Mei's and Rong Shi's expressions. They didn't seem happy or excited about Rong Shi's breakthrough, they seemed confused.

”Rong Shi, isn't that your 2nd breakthrough this week,” Jiang Mei said in shock.

Looking like she couldn't believe it herself, Rong Shi eventually replied, ”Y-Yeah. I can hardly believe it myself.”

”Wait, did you say 2nd?!”

”Yeah, but... It's not just that. I also made 3 breakthroughs to the 3rd stage of the [ Illusory Body ] Spirit Foundation realm. Is there something wrong with me?”

Jiang Mei and Su Yun looked at each other as if they were suddenly thinking of the same thing.

”Rong Shi, when did you first notice that something was different?” Su Yun suddenly asked.

Rong Shi thought back then replied, ”It was around the time I met Elder Jiang Mei.”

”Was that before or after you slept with Long Wang?” Su Yun quickly hit her with a follow up question.

Hearing that question made Rong Shi freeze. She didn't think she'd ever hear an elder ask her such an inappropriate question, even if the elders were as young as Su Yun and Jiang Mei. Would she get punished if she told them?

”I-I...” Rong Shi stuttered.

”Out with it already. We already know you've been sleeping with him.”

”Su Yun, how could you ask her such a private question. She's just a young disciple,” Jiang Mei interjected.

”Ah, she's shy? Hey Rong Shi, there's nothing to be shy about. If it makes you feel any better Jiang Mei and I already slept with him too... many times actually.”

Rong Shi's eye widened even larger as if she had just heard the most scandals of rumors.

”E-Elder Jiang Mei too?” Rong Shi said as she looked at Jiang Mei.

Jiang Mei did her best to remain calm and unembarrassed as she answered Rong Shi's question.
