No one else could be blamed.

Her phone suddenly rang. A new friend had added her on WeChat.

The name was Su Yize, her junior brother.

She accepted the request and received a message from him.

He first greeted her obediently before sending another message over.

[Little Junior Brother: Senior Sister, I’m going back to the capital soon. Can Senior Sister receive me?]

There was an especially cute emoji attached at the end.

Xing Jiuan moved her fingers and sent an acknowledgment.

“So troublesome.” The Master stood up. “Cook some noodles yourself. Leave after you’re done.

“Your eldest senior brother has already made arrangements for you.”

Su Yize checked his phone and saw that Xing Jiuan hadn’t replied. He sighed. “I’m such a pitiful kid.”
