8 8 I Only Want You (1/2)
Hiro sits on the chair next to the bed. (Stupid woman. You could've fight back.) His hand reaches out and touch her face. (It's okay. You have me now. I'll protect you.)
Next morning, Mia slowly opens her eyes, she turns side to side to check her surrounding. (Hospital?) She tries to get up. She groans. Hiro wakes up and sees her awake. He helps her sits up.
She didn't realize it's Hiro. ”Thank you.” She sighs. She turns to her side and her eyes widen. ”You—”
”Are you hurt anywhere?” ”Why are you here?” He got irritated. ”What's with that? What's wrong with taking care of my wife?”
She looks away. ”I'm not your wife.” ”You damn —” She looks at him coldly. He was taken back.
”Leave me alone.” She turns her gaze to the window. Hiro stands up. ”Fine.” He toss the chair aside and left the room.
She sighs. She leans back to her pillow. (I want to go home.) She grabs a blank piece of paper and a pen. She doodles to pass time.

Hiro exits the hospital and heads to the car. He gets in and got all mad. ”Damn. She just—arghhh.” He mess up his hair getting all irritated by her.
He stays in the car, debating if he should leave or stay. He notices a woman who looks familiar. ”Who's that?” His driver answers, ”Lady's mother.” ”Ah right.”
Hiro sense trouble. He gets out of the car and follow her.

Mia continues to doodle on her paper. ”Mia.” She turns and sees her mother by the doorway. ”...Mother.” She puts her pen down on the table. She turns to her mother.
Her mother walks in and puts something on the table. Mia takes a look and it's a airplane tickets. She turns to her mother.
”You need to leave here and don't come back.” Mia lowers her head. ”Because of you, everything is a mess.”
She whispers, ”.....won't leave.” ”What?” She looks at her mother in the eye. ”I said I won't leave.” ”Mia!” ”I have my own life and my own job here. I won't toss my career away.” ”Career? Cartoonist? Ha. Don't be silly. That's just a poor decision you choose to follow.”
She bit her lower lip. ”Would you leave or would you rather cut ties with your family?” She grips her hand.
”She's not going anywhere, old lady.” They both turns and sees Hiro by the doorway. Her mother startles, ”Hiro.” Hiro walks in and sits on the bed, holding Mia's hand.
He looks at his mother in law in the eye. ”She's not going anywhere under my authority.” He then takes the tickets and rips it.
