45 Grocery Shopping (2/2)
Chang Wook chuckled and told her to get both.
When they were done going through the isles, he noticed that both of them were carrying a lot of stuff.
”Give it here” he told her.
She looked at the basket and shook her head ”You don't have to worry about me. I can carry it myself”
”Who's worrying? And who said they were going to carry that for you? I just want to see how light it is” he said. He took the basket out of Ha Eun's hands and weighed it with his. Her's was definitely heavier than his. She reaches out to get the basket back, but he turns around and continues walking.
Ha Eun tried to get it back but he just walked even faster and then he started jogging.
”Are we in a track meet or something?” Ha Eun asked him ”Give it back” Chang Wook chuckled.
When they reached the cashier, she told them how she thought they were a cute couple.
Ha Eun looked down and blushed. Chang Wook smiled at the cashier and thanked her.
When they got back to the car. Ha Eun realized she forgot to get pads and her period was coming soon. She looked at Chang Wook and told him ”I forgot to buy something. Its important”
Chang Wook notices her feet. They have been walking for a while and those heels must be killing her.
”Stay here and I'll go buy it” he said, ”What do you need?”
”Pads” she answered. Chang Wook stayed quiet. He looked down, scratched the side of his head then looked back up at Ha Eun and nodded.
”Alright, I'll be right back”
When he reached the sanitary pads section, there were so many he didn't know which one to get. They come in different sizes? He doesn't know Ha Eun's panty size. He looked to the side and noticed two girls looking at him. He started to feel a bit embarrassed.
”He's so attractive”
”I know”
”Should we go talk to him?”
Chang Wook couldn't hear what they were talking about, but they were whipering and looking at him, so he was sure they were talking about how silly he looked, so he quickly turned around and acted like he wasn't looking at the pads and got deodorant as well as a tootbrush.
He got a text message from Ha Eun that said ”Hurry up. I'm hungry” he wouldn't be taking so long if she hadn't told him what were the pads she usually wore but he didn't want to ask her that now.
He looked over at the girl.
”He's staring at us!”
He quickly turned around, got the first pads he saw and walked right past him. The girls looked at him shocked, then looked at each other with smiles.
”She's so lucky” they said at the same time.
”She must have saved the country in a past life”
When Chang Wook reached the car and Ha Eun saw the one's he got she was a bit disappointed. She couldn't last three hours wearing these. She'll have to go get different ones later.
