30 Demon Fox Hancock (1/2)
Hancock stood in front of Amanda D. Lily and had a smile on her face.
„You have bad luck, Lily. I think you could play with all pirates on the Grandline but this time you met Ezio. The biggest problem is… He is interested in you. Should I say it's your good or bad luck?”
Amanda D. Lily's gentle smile wasn't on her face anymore. First she wanted to delay Hancock so that the other members of her team could finish off their enemy's. After a short while, the three royal guardians all lost. They couldn't even resist the power of Ezio's crew.
Who are these people?
Lily was always confident. She wasn't weak, but she wasn't someone who would fight on the frontline of a battle. She liked to be the shadow and control things from behind. This did not mean that she was weak, if she had to defend herself she had many hidden cards. The problem was Hancock. She was too arrogant, like Lily was a little child who couldn't even scratch her. She wouldn't even glance at her. All this time she watched in the direction of her crew members and watched their fight.
„Don't be too arrogant, Hancock. Maybe you and your crew members are strong, but do you know how many powers I traded with my devil fruit?”
Lily was really angry. Hancock looked at her like she was an idiot.
„I have to admit, you power is truly astonishing. The problem is… you are a jack of all trades, and a master of none. Even when you get the power of the strongest people around, it doesn't mean that you are as strong as them. I could smash you with one fist. Your power could change the world but you need a strong background that keeps you safe. You know that, too. Isn't this the reason why you hide behind a Sichibukai?”
Lily gritted her teeth. Never was she humiliated and discarded by someone like in this moment.
„What? Don't you believe me? You think you can fight against me?”
After Hancock said this her whole aura changed. She activated her conqueror haki and Lily fell down to her knees. She did not lose her conscious, but she was suppressed and had the feeling that she stood in front of an empress.
