„I will eat it!”

Ezio has decided.

[In the worst case, I will die. When you die once, your mentality changes a little. Maybe you don't fear death as much or you think when you're dead you will move to another world. Maybe in the next world I'm a shinobi, who knows? I think this whole dying and reincarnating thing made me a little crazy.]

Ezios mother came to his side and patted his head. Ezio was shocked. This was the first time his mother showed affection.

„M-Mom?”

He was so touched, he jumped to his mother and wanted to take her in his arms. But what he got was a painful fist on his head.

„Don't have illusions, brat. You have to be strong enough to take your mother in your arms, or you will end like this useless father of yours”

Ezio was struck by fear. His grandfather told him that she only made the deed with his father because she wanted that the Blackflame family had a heir. The old man even told him that his father was one of the strongest celestial dragons, but he didn't survive the private time in bed with his mother. The old man had a lot of trouble when a celestial dragon died in this tragic event.

Ezio took the fruit and ate it.

After he ate it nothing happened. He looked at his grandfather with a questioning gaze.

„What the hell, old fox? I'm feeling fine!”

„Well, yes”, he answered and smiled.

„OLD MAN!”

Ezio was furios and attacked his old man with all he got. He couldn't hit him even once. Damn, this crazy family isn't easy to handle.

„Well, im surprised, too. What is your power?”

Ezio looked at his hand and felt a strange power in his whole body. Then his hand turned into black fire and shocked Ezio. This is the power of a logia fruit! His whole body was a black flame. This explained the name of his family.

„Hahaha! It is the black flame, the same ability our ancestor had!”

But after several seconds Ezio felt massive pain in his whole body. Blood came out of his eyes, like when a user of the Uchiha clan would use the mangekyo sharingan. His hands that were black flames turned back to normal and he fell to the ground. He rolled up and down on the ground because of the massive pain. Never did he feel so much pain. It took him half an hour before the pain faded but he still lay on the ground and couldn't move more than his mouth.
