Lu Li and Water fairy managed to return to the city at the last moment. Water Fairy was quite puzzled by Lu Li's risky behaviour but after she read the item's attributes, both their eyes lit up.

There was no need to say what she was thinking.

However, Lu Li refused to give it to her. This item mainly provided Intelligence, so it wasn't suitable for Thieves. Moreover, it was best to not expect much when using the skill.

Lu Li had no idea that his behaviour was not helping his image of being forever alone. Fortunately, Water Fairy wasn't the type of girl to get angry these little things. If he didn't want to sell it, then she wouldn't push it. She was still happy to go levelling with him.

The players waiting at the Mage Tower were shocked at what was happening.

When the system broadcasted the First Clear acquired by Ruling Sword, they were waiting for them to come out. They had been waiting for so long that everyone was now making fun of them.

Had they been swallowed up by the secret area?

They didn't know who had brought Heart of War's team to Ruling Sword, where they were wiped by Fat Monkey and some other players.

Heart of War started feeling light-headed and fainted. The System saw that this had happened, so it logged him out of the game. The rest of the players looked at each other and eventually left as well. In the end, it was a complete mess and the guilds that didn't send anyone to stop Ruling Sword were glad that they didn't.

However, every guild was now carefully paying attention to one single thing.

Was Ruling Sword going to keep clearing Bosses, or were they finally done?

If they continued to clear Bosses, what would they all do? They couldn't just allow Ruling Sword to continue as they please. Although Heart of War sounded pompous before, there was some truth to his words.

Dawn gave everyone the chance to make it big, and no one wanted Ruling Sword to ruin the game.

This tension lasted for quite some time until there was definite news that the players of the Ruling Sword elite group were now just levelling. Their Boss-clearing activity had come to an end, and some players saw Lu Li and Water Fairy levelling together. This allowed everyone to finally relax and let go of their concerns.

Lu Li and Water fairy had chosen to kill some elite monsters. These Ogres that were active around the Dreadmaul Stronghold gave quite a bit of EXP. Although they had high HP, this wasn't something that two Thieves couldn't deal with given their damage and crowd-control.

Of course, Lu Li remembered that there was one important thing that he hadn't done.

Even if he forgot, the 400 players who had participated in the battle wouldn't. There was no way that Remnant Dream would take the Boss drops for herself, not that she would have the courage to run away with the rewards anyway.

There were two Synthetic stones. One of them increased critical hit while the other increased hit accuracy. These were given to Fat Monkey and Kitty Likes Meat respectively.

There were seven Strengthening Stones which would be temporarily held by Lu Li.

A Mage Skill Book was given to Lonesome Flower. This skill book was only available for Ice mages and wasn't suitable for PVP.
