How could he let the captured prey get away so easily? Lin Jie raised his finger, and the Crescent Silver-Feathered Eagle dashed out like a bolt of lightning and flew towards the other egg. It pecked down hard with its sharp beak, and in a spin, the liquid flowed out.

Lin Jie also took this chance of less than a second to check the monster’s health bar—it was a startling 4,000,000 points! Plus, the beast had already entered battle mode, as a layer of savage scales formed from dark blood covered its soft fur. It looked like a huge armored bird. There were rows of blades attached to its wings, and they were positioned just like hooks.

This was the activation of the powerful ancient bloodline! A hundred Lin Jie would not be sufficient to battle this creature.

The beast’s wails resounded throughout the cliff, and it crashed its huge body against the cave as if it wanted to smash through it entirely! After losing two descendants, it had gone insane! The impact of this crash was comparable to Mars crashing onto Earth, and Lin Jie felt as though the whole cliff was about to collapse.

“Great timing!” Lin Jie yelled and dashed towards the entrance! At the same time, he gave the Silver-Feathered Eagle the command to attack him, while he activated Clomaros’ Seven Kills and was engulfed in a golden glow!

This was a skill more powerful than the Paladins’ immunity technique, Divine Shield. Other than the Silver-Feathered Eagle, Lin Jie would not be affected by any other controlling skills!

If he had spent the entirety of the battle in the cave, it was highly possible that the Boss would remain alive while the cave collapsed, and Lin Jie died.

The beast crashed down like a meteorite and rammed Lin Jie onto the cliff. Instantly, the cave walls crumbled and fell like dust. A large crater was created behind Lin Jie, but he was oblivious to it. His Broken Blade was entangled onto the beast as he sliced ferociously, and a small piece of flesh was sliced off from its tough wings.

“Army Obliteration! Shield Cut!” Lin Jie wielded out the attacks and began slicing down its wings.

When the Death Ray Kill’s effects diminished, Lin Jie activated Dark Chaotic Hole once again and slapped a Dragon Armor Removal attack onto the beast. This completely disintegrated its blood-scaled armor and was unable to be formed again for the time being. At the same time, Broken Blade flew back to the sheath, and with an abrupt pull, a silver arc was drawn.

“Hunter’s Forward Charge!” Before the Blood Eagle could react, Lin Jie forward charged and dived towards the beast. The beast had relatively quick reflexes as its claws shot out and encapsulated Lin Jie within.
