26 Night To Remember (1/2)

That this is not my room and this was not my bed. I then began to notice that something move in under the blanket. I lift it and I was shocked to see Princess Elna under it and was still sleeping.

I panic as someone was knocking the door, I am afraid that if they saw me with the princess like this. I certainly get executed by the king.

\”Princess? Are you awake yet!\”

That voice, I recognize that voice. It was Toby's voice, what should I do now. I guess I should make the princess wake up first. I gently touch the princess and tried to wake her up.

\”Mmmm... Please don't disturb me..\”

I softly whisper to Princess Elna as I am afraid that Toby could hear my voice. \”Princess? Could you wake up...Toby was here knocking the door.\”

When Princess Elna heard what I had said, she immediately wakes up and told me to keep hidden as she will deal with Toby. I then hide under the blanket as the princess walk to the door and opens it up.

\”Good morning Princess Elna, the king wants you to prepare yourself as his majesty will hold a meeting in the afternoon.\”

\”Yes, tell my father that I will be ready in a few minutes. You may dismiss now, Sir Toby.\”

I could hear the door room being shut as I peek under the blanket. It seems that Toby has already left.

\”You could come out now, Sir Arias.\”

I then came out from my hiding and I was still confused about what had happened. Why I am here and what happened after the feast. I then ask Princess Elna what happen and how did I able to come here.

\”You don't remember anything?\”

\”Yes... and that the reason why I am asking you? What had happened... please tell me.\”

Princess Elna then look me with a smile and say \”I guess I will not be telling you then...\”

\”Why? Shouldn't you be telling me what had happened?\”

Princess Elna shakes her head as she said to me that I should remember it myself. I tried asking her again but she wouldn't tell me.

\”I guess you better leave now or you be caught in my room...Don't you heard that Toby said there would be a meeting this afternoon. I suggest you better prepare yourself.\”

I then leave the room and head back to my room. I try to recall what had happened last night but I couldn't remember it. The only thing I remember is that I was drunk and Princess Elna helps me to get back in my room.

I bump into someone, I was thinking about it too hard as I didn't see who in front of me.

\”I'm sorry...Do you hurt?\”

\”You should watch...\”

I recognize this lady, she is Miss Alyson. I then quickly lend my hand and she gladly takes my hand as she slowly stands up.

\”I'm sorry again... I didn't mean to bump over you.\”

\”I'm fine... It's not like I hurt or something so it's okay.\” She smiles at me.

\”Okay, if you say so... but are you really fine?\”

\”Yes... Don't need to worry\”
