We continue our discussion, they wanted payment up to 3000 gold for a person as it would be a dangerous quest. I think for a moment whether I should agree to their price or not because if I pay them 3000 gold each, I will have 4000 gold left.
I tried to negotiate with them even more and finally the agree that they will be paid for 2500 gold each but on one condition if they were badly injured I must pay them more. We decided that we all should meet up at the north gate in the morning, Hugh told me that I should prepare some supplies and healing potion for tomorrow. With that, we reach our agreement and I then leave the guild and look for some supplies.
After I finish buying some supplies and a few healing potions. We head back to the inn for some rest, Lily immediately went to her room and sleep as she was tired following me around all day. I also feel tired, I quickly went to my room and dive into my bed.
”Ahh! I couldn't sleep.” I stare at my room ceiling for a minute. At that moment, I just realize that I couldn't bring Lily with me tomorrow as I will be entering a dangerous place.
”I guess I will just ask Xaniela or Greg to look after her, it safer there than this inn.” As I keep thinking, I don't even realize that I am already fallen asleep because when I woke up it's already morning.
I take a shower and check if Lily was still sleeping. When I enter the room, I was surprised seeing Lily already woken up that earlier. Lily saw me and she was eager to start the day.
”Arias! Let's go and find the Mythril Ore!” She said that as I was very surprised.
I tell her that she would not come with me today as it would be dangerous for her, I also tell Lily that she will go to the castle today because Xaniela will look after her. Lily began to throw a tantrum as she wanted to join me, I make another promise with her as she calms down a bit.
We then headed to the castle and search for Xaniela, I stumbled upon Elan when we were there. Elan looks at me as he saw trash and he asks me what am I doing in the castle. I tell him that I am searching for Xaniela to discuss something important.
”Xaniela is in the garden this moment... and after you finish talking that important matter of your, please leave this castle because you don't belong here,” Elan says that and leaves us.
When we arrive at the garden, I saw Xaniela sitting there reading a book. ”Hey, Xaniela...Good Morning.”
Xaniela was shocked as she didn't notice my presence. She then replied to my greetings and ask me why I am here. I told her that I need her assistance to look after Lily while I am searching for some Mythril Ore. She was surprised to hear that I was going to the cave.
”Are you going there alone?” I could tell that Xaniela was worried about me.
”No, there's no way I going alone...I already hire some mercenaries to help me so no need to worry about me.”
”Oh...I thought you are going alone, it's good to have some people when exploring that cave as it would be quite dangerous.”
”So could you look after Lily while I'm gone?”
”Sure, why not...I don't have anything to do today...”
