This fight is gonna be hard but luckily I have a slight advantage on this one. This world still uses the game interface and system as I could quickly draw any item from my inventory. Still, I need to add a quick shortcut to the item that I would use in this battle.

I need to make his attention focus on something else besides me, the inventory management will take some time and I would get hit if I want to sort my item now. What is a good way to distract him from me? A bright idea suddenly popped into my head and then I placed my hand in the ground.

”Hey! Are you ready to fight cause you will be killed in one attack by me.”

Aeon seems to fall for my taunt and dashed toward me. He doesn't seem to know that I have placed an ice rune in front of me. That would make him freeze for a few seconds and that is the time that I must quickly manage my item or else I would lose this fight.

As Aeon continue to dash forward and when he steps on my ice rune, the ice rune was activated and the ice freezes Aeon in the area for a few seconds. I quickly jump behind and sort my item in a hurry cause the ice would not hold him that long.

”You think that this ice magic of you will hold me for long... You are mistaken human.”

The ice that been holding Aeon started to break and then he manages to escape. Aeon then laughs on my statement last time that I would kill him in just one punch. He then blinks behind me and releases his skill. It was so fast that I couldn't react at all.

A large explosion happens...

”No one ever survived my skill! HAHAHAHAHA.”

”Wait...You the first human I kill using this skill but sadly you already die now”

Aeon continues to laugh and he suddenly stops when he saw me come out from that explosion, he was shocked.

”You supposed to be dead! How could this be?”

I could die if I do not drink all the stats booster potion that boosts my stats, health, and its regeneration speed. I survived because I manage to sort my item on time and drink the potion. I would never think that Aeon uses three skills at the same time and all of it was high-level skills on me.

”You could say I already saw that attack coming.”

Aeon was furious and his aura changed drastically and he began to change his spear stance and charging his spear. This is my chance to attack him while he was charging his spear, I quickly run toward him for an attack but instead I was the one who is attacked by him.

I sustained a lot of damage, I was taken by surprise by his charging speed. Most of the player have to charge their spear for a longer time and he just takes a few seconds. It clear to me know that I have no chance of winning against Aeon. I thought that I have an advantage because of the game system in this world but I was wrong. Aeon skill is too great compared to me and I never fought a Demon Lord in the game before.

I just run away from this battle, I can't even survive this fight. While I was busy thinking, Aeon launches me who is not focus in this fight into the air and follows up with a series of powerful blows. Then I fall to the ground as my health dropping low, I couldn't do anything as I just was being attacked relentlessly by Aeon.
