She was halfway through licking another paw when she sensed that someone was standing beside her.

Out of the blue, Mina remembered what Tarou said earlier about the general. The woman said he was attractive, was he really?

Curious, she decided to check out the general in the name of trying to gauge if women in the current era had good taste. Mina slapped herself with a paw. Realizing what she just did, she tried to pass it off as part of her grooming and continued to lick her body.

At the sudden announcement, Barca looked at Jadon who stood beside the cat. Tarou also looked towards the direction of the voice. Even Mina who was pretending to be a clean freak couldn't resist gazing at him after he said the words loud enough for Barca to hear a few feet away.
