Dong Xuebing nodded and hurried Qu Yiqiang again. He wants the report to be given to the District Committee before the meeting starts.

Qu Yiqiang sensed Dong Xuebing must have a plan as the latter kept hurrying him. He did not ask any more questions and immediately left.

Dong Xuebing lit a cigarette in his office with a smile. He doesn’t know how Wang Anshi would react, and submitting this report against Guo Mingfeng now is the right time. This is equivalent to giving Wang Anshi a bullet to shoot him. No evidence? The allegations are insufficient? These are not problems.
