Fen Zhou City’s investment fair in Tokyo had ended.
Dong Xuebing called Luo Haiting and the rest to his room for a short meeting in the morning.
Luo Haiting took out her notebook and reported it to Dong Xuebing. “We have 15 Japanese businessmen asking about our projects in detail during the fair, and most of the projects are from a few sectors. Currently, we have not to sign any agreements or letters of investment intentions with them. Still, two companies had expressed they will visit our county for a site visit later this year. From their attitudes, I think we stand a good chance.”
Zhang Fan and Yu Rui also reported on their duties.
They know they will not sign any contracts in this fair, but Dong Xuebing is still disappointed. The City had gotten around 600 million worth of investments, but all of them had visited the investment sites last year. This investment fair is only a few days, and no one will invest without visiting the actual site. Yan Tai County can confirm site visits with two companies are considered good results.
“Thanks for working hard, everyone.” Dong Xuebing looks at his watch. “What time is the flight?”
Zhang Fan looks at the schedule. “It’s at noon, and we still have three hours.”
“Are the City leaders on this flight?”
“The leaders should be taking the 10.30 am flight and had left for the airport.”
“Alright. Let’s end the meeting now.” Dong Xuebing smiles. “Go and pack your luggage, and we will discuss again after we return.”
It is quite a rush for them to return immediately after the investment fair. Still, Luo Haiting, Zhang Fan, and Yu Rui are not complaining. They had gone out shopping these few days, unlike others from other Counties. Dong Xuebing did not ask all of them to station at their investment fair booth. He only asks them to take turns working at the fair while the rest can go out shopping or visit tourism attractions.
It’s not easy for them to travel overseas, and they don’t need to be so strict.
Sister Luo, Xiao Zhang, and Xiao Yu had a great time in Tokyo. They had visited all attractions, and other Investment Promotion Agencies’ staff looks at them with envy. When Dong Xuebing was about to walk over to the bus, he heard a middle-aged man’s voice calling him.
“Chief Dong.” Liu Chenlong nodded at Dong Xuebing and smiles. “You are returning today? Why are you leaving so early?”
Dong Xuebing nodded. “We had finished our work and had been here for quite a while.”
