62 Final Fantasy Tactics War of the Lions Part 3 Making a big move (1/2)

”Sir, there is a problem.” A squire said coming forward.

”Go ahead,” I told the young man. I was just reading a report from Argath at this time who stood next to my bed. ”Wait isn't this Tia's job?”

”It is better you follow me. I rather not speak falsely or accuse a Lord.” His tone was scared. His biotic strands were even worse than that. Argath started getting angry as well from the squire's tone. Slowly everyone in the room were upset. That is when I noticed this was the secondary morning crew members. They should not be up for another two hours. Following along we made it to the female area.

”I have a bad feeling about this,” I said out loud. I felt a knot form in my stomach. Once inside we came across Tia. She was disheveled and had a few scratches on her. A few of the chemist were looking to her. They stood on pins and needles in fear. A few of them were from my actual Nether World. But some were from the Akademy as well.

Rafa was staring right at me. Her face contorted in pain. ”I was able to stop it before it got to far... but..”

”But,” I stepped forward and grabbed Tia by the face. She didnt cry or resist me in any way. I could see the anger in her eyes though. ”Mental Cleansing, Curaga.” Cast both right after each other. The anger eased a little. She regained herself and stood up and fixed her clothing.

”The Knight Commander had assigned her to his tent. She was removed from the ranks this morning.” Rafa's hands tighten. ”We move out tomorrow for the battlefield.”

Codis was also here. ”I guess he thought nothing would happen since this was going on. We are going to do something about this right cousin?” His anger was real.

”I see. The other Knight Commander is Dycendarg instead of Zalbag... how stupid of him.” I watched Tia. She was ready. ”We are going to pay him a visit.” A few people tensed up at my words. ”Who am I kidding, we are gonna pay him a killing. No point beating around the bush. Let's go.”

”Sir he is a noble,” Banka said. ”There are laws..”

”Uh-huh, sure there are.” I didnt really care.

10 minutes later we made it to the tent. A few people were moving about getting ready for us to move out. Boisterous laughing could be heard in the tent.

”Oi, Rapist! Get your sorry ass out here now!” I boomed my voice with magic to amplify it. A small shockwave pass through the entire camp and possibly all the way through the city.I drew Ostia and placed it on my shoulder. While in my room had already pulled it out hiding it in my cape a little. No one paid attention to it until I placed it on my shoulder. Looking to my people I said, ”anyone tries to stop me, kill them.”

”As you command sir!” Argath said happily. I could see Alistair made it over with Mileuda and Agria.

”You cant be serious..” Tietra started to say. Seeing my face she shut up. Her face was frowning but her biotic strands let me know she approved of this. ”I will stand by your decision.”

Galtea: I understand you are upset. But you cant mean to do this? He is a pillar of this world killing him early will change things. You should leave it be.

'I am sorry, but what did you say? Care to say that again? I think I misheard you.' My momentary shock actually calmed me down a little.

Galtea: You should rethink your current choice.

'Galtea shut up. If ever in your life you think it's a good idea to tell me to let someone who almost raped one of my people get away with something, you need to stop talking to me. Considering you know a good deal about me, this should never be up for discussion.' My anger took over a good bit. My wolf found this to be an affront to the safety of the pack.

Galtea: I understand. Just the World will...

'If the stupid World wished to protect him then I'll crush and reshape it myself!' I was pissed at her and it showed on my face. A strange energy washed over me and a System notification appeared that I didn't notice. Seeing that no one came out of the tent, I raised my hand and blasted the tent into the distance.

We were shocked, to say the least. A few men and women were naked inside. They were young and from the grim on them, peasants. There faces showed no shame, just acceptance for their lot in life. The biotic strangs screamed out to me. I saw two corpses in the corner. Beaten and mutilated beyond belief.

”Mental Cleansing,” I washed over all of them. The peasants started to get dress and started crying. The nobles just looked at me intently. I should have targeted better. They were no longer scared. There minds already back to normal. With there standing, they thought they were safe. ”So you really thought it was ok to do this. In camp no less. I am disappointed in you cousin. Your stupidity knows no bounds.”

”Who are you to judge me,” Dycendarg said standing up. ”You know who I am?”

”Enough,” Zalbag came over with a retinue of knights. ”This behavior is unacceptable. Azul have your troops pull back. Second Knight Commander get dressed. Our Lord Father will want to hear of this.”

I felt all the biotic strands started to rise in the crowd. Everyone knew that he would get away with this. He was the pampered one. The spoiled one. In the last few weeks, he gained the favor of a few other nobles.

”Yeah, what did I say Argath?” At the sentence, Argath and my people stepped forward in front of Dycendarg's Knights.

”Sching” multiple swords were drawn from their sheaths. My entire company drew there weapons next. Afterward, a few from Dycendargs own squad did so as well.

”Commander Azul said anyone interfering will be killed. Even you Lord Zalbag.” Argath was all smiles. He was coming around nicely. As long as I kept him close to me and not exposed to corruption I might make a good man of him yet. ”Step back or feel our justice!”

I looked to Tia. ”What say you? I can do it myself or you can. Do not worry, no harm will come to you. Killing this thing will make the world a better place. I promise you.”

”I...I want him dead for what he has done to me and the others.” Tia said drawing her blade. She turned to Dycendarg and charged.

I cast my spells to make sure she moved past everyone unobstructed. Those close were lifted up and pushed to he side. When she was right upon Dycendarg, I used my Misty Fist mix with the soil to restrict his movements.

”Schlik,” her blade went through him easily. Sticking out the back it glistened in the sun.

”Brother!” Zalbag yelled. He was a powerful warrior. He swung knocking Argath to the side. Standing up Argath was determined to stop him, but a knight got in the way. Alistair stepped in knocking the man back. ”You! Do you stand in my way peasant? How do you think Alma will feel when she finds out you stood in the way while her brother was killed?”

Alistair faltered. Gripping his spear he almost backed off. Almost, till he looked at me. I just gave him a stare. It had no meaning behind it. I then looked away.

A few seconds later I saw Zalbag running forward in the corner of my eye. He as stopped by Agria next. Her Mace bashed against his sword destroying it.

”Ping,” the shards flew. Before Zalbag could get his bearings a white blast of Holy hit him. When the smoke cleared he was covered in burn marks and his clothes tattered. He was alive. He looked up at Agria who towered over him. Her stare begging him to stand up. When he didnt she scoffed and looked at the troops. Her left hand went out as she cast cure multiple times on our people.

Pushing Dycendarg off her sword Tia marched forward ready to execute him. A voice rang throughout the camp.

”Stay your hand!” It boomed.

”You may continue Tia,” I said to her smiling. ”As I said, you will not get in trouble.” Tia nodded and swung the sword down. ”Fwoosh, she hit nothing as Dycendarg was teleported away. I figure something like this would happen that is why I had the twins nearby. Then I felt them, they were fighting something nearby that was powerful. ”Mileuda and Agria head to the twins! Be careful!” They followed my order and took off.

Tia walked over to me. She was a little sad. ”I couldn't kill the creep.”
