207 Jian Nans Invasion (1/2)
When I woke up the next morning, Ao Yun was no longer here, only a few strands of red on the pillow showed that everything yesterday was not a dream.
I climbed out of the bed and checked my body, besides my head hurting, there was nothing unusual. I walked into the bathroom and saw the figure in the mirror on the washstand that seemed familiar to Hua Miao Miao but yet completely different, it was strange.
I opened the faucet and the purified seawater came out, I washed my face and became more alert. I opened the closet and inside were all clothes that were chosen by Ao Yun. They were all ancient formal extravagant dresses or hanfu skirts that clearly would not allow me to walk properly.
I also didn't give him any face and took out a plain long cheongsam dress and tore off the hem and turned it to a short skirt, it was unsightly, I put it on and walked out the door.

The guard was so frightened that he rushed to help me up. He was a little soldier who just got promoted and was afraid he would be punished and profusely apologized and begged me not to tell Manager Hua Rong or Lord Ao Yun. I smiled and comforted his nervous heart and said that I will absolutely not report it and afterwards he hurriedly left.
After going some distance away, I opened my palm, in it was a small dagger. This is the custom with Imperial guards, they always put hidden daggers in their boots. When I lived in Xuanaing Palace, I often watch them dress up, it's really useful today. I couldn't help but feel smug about my theft.
I went back to hid in my room and walked into the bathroom and closed the door, and then pulled out the thin dagger to appraise it, this dagger was thin a small 3-inch wide, about the length of a finger. He did not change back to his human form and just jumped out like this and went to the bedside table.
