Chapter 332: The Sword of Sunlight! (1/2)

Lin Feng was standing at the top of the cultivation tower. Lin Feng despised Du Bi. He definitely occupied a commanding position which perfectly matched his manner of speaking. Lin Feng sounded like he was reprimanding Du Bi.

The crowd and Du Bi were a bit surprised. Lin Feng had surprisingly been at the top of the cultivation tower the entire time. The fact that the crowd hadn’t noticed him was excusable but Du Bi surprisingly hadn’t noticed him either. Even though he was at the Xuan Qi layer, it seemed like he lacked many things. Besides, Lin Feng was only a cultivator at the Ling Qi layer.

Du Bi’s facial expression was hideous. He raised his head and glared at Lin Feng. He then said in an ice-cold way: “Arrogant or not, let’s fight!”

“Hmph.” Lin Feng smiled coldly. His sword energy was swift and fierce. Suddenly, a sword illusion appeared under Lin Feng’s feet, he used the sword to fly through the sky. That sword was made from condensed pure Qi. Lin Feng could already condense pure Qi in such a brilliant way.

“Could it be that Lin Feng broke through to the Xuan Qi layer?” Thought the crowd. That sword made from condensed pure Qi wasn’t something that a cultivator of the Ling Qi layer was able to use. Even if Lin Feng hadn’t broken through to the Xuan Qi layer, he was only a small step away. He was already at the very peak of the Ling Qi layer.

At that moment, Lin Feng and Du Bi were staring at each other. In the same way, Du Bi was also standing on a blade. They were both standing in the sky while releasing swift and fierce Qi.

“A tiny little cultivator of the Ling Qi layer, that’s all… and yet you dare to talk big all the time. Today, I will carry out the second blade attack and you will understand that you are just an arrogant fool.” Said Du Bi sounding cold and detached.

He raised his arm into the sky and the pure Qi in the air started whistling and moving straight into the palm of his hand. He condensed the Qi into a gigantic blade. It looked strong and sharp as if it could cut through anything in its path.

Lin Feng was standing in the sky, motionless. He wasn’t even taking out a sword.

Du Bi had an obvious mocking smile on the corner of his mouth. He wanted everybody to know that even if he had lost against Qiong Bi Luo, not anybody could humiliate him. Nobody could despise him even if he had lost. It had been his first defeat and would remain the last one.

“Lacerate!”

His arm started rushing down towards Lin Feng. The gigantic blade was lacerating the atmosphere. The air was slightly being split apart like a parting sea.

Lin Feng looked calm and serene, he was just observing the gigantic blade moving towards him. When it arrived just above his head, Lin Feng finally moved, as fast as the wind.

It had just been a faint movement and Lin Feng had vanished from his initial position. There wasn’t any sign of him on the ground either.

Whistling sounds filled the air as the blade cut through the atmosphere. The gigantic blade had chopped down but hadn’t come into contact with Lin Feng, but the blade force was still rushing down without stopping.

“He dodged so quickly!” The crowd on the ground was gasping with astonishment, especially when they sensed the oppressing blade energy. They were so scared that they were shaking from head to toe, The crows was unceasingly dodging the energy.

“BOOM!” The blade made from pure Qi continued to send its strength down which crashed into the ground making a cloud of dust rise into the air. On the ground, a huge and deep fissure appeared, people couldn’t believe their eyes.

However, Du Bi didn’t look proud of himself at all, his face was just filled with endless coldness.

Lin Feng had dodged his blade attack so easily. That blade had been completely useless.

He had attacked Lin Feng but wasn’t even able to touch him, wasn’t that attack pointless?

Du Bi shouted furiously and condensed his pure Qi again. A strong wind emerged and rolled through the atmosphere emitting fluttering sounds. It was as quick as lightning.

Lin Feng’s silhouette slightly shook. A moment before, when that blade had moved towards him, he had sensed it because of his earth fusion. Even the tiniest grain of sand couldn’t escape from Lin Feng’s senses. At the same time, his agility techniques were extremely well developed. Unless the opponent’s speed became monstrous and didn’t give Lin Feng enough time to dodge, the opponent wouldn’t be able to touch him.

Besides, Du Bi was using pure Qi to make his blade even more brutal which greatly influenced his speed, therefore, he wasn’t able to touch Lin Feng.
