Chapter 335 More Golems (1/2)

With a wry smile on his face, Eisen now stood in front of two more piles of steel, which amounted to about half the steel that they had left on the ship at the moment which wasn't reserved for other projects or weapons yet, so Eisen might be cutting it a bit close in case there were some emergency projects that needed to be taken care of once they arrived at the islands tomorrow or the day after tomorrow, depending on how the weather was when they actually got close to the islands, but if they would really be able to find the amount of materials on the Golem-God's Island as Eisen hoped they would, then that wouldn't matter too much anyway.

And since the two extra golems would just be even more help toward reaching that goal, Eisen could continue with good conscience as well.

”Now, let's start all over again, shall we..?” Eisen muttered to himself with a sigh, considering that he had hoped to be able to move on toward a different project, but in the end, this wasn't all bad either.

Swiftly, Eisen started to get to work and threw some new steel ingots into his forge, and while they were heating up started to think about what element to best give them.

”For Ranger, that would be of course Wind... And according to what Sky told me, I should also give him Water as an element...” The old man quietly whispered before moving his fingers through his beard. ”And for Croco, Darkness and Light, although not in a special-element way like for Supp, but rather just the regular wind and darkness elements seperately.” Eisen thought to himself, and then nodded his head to himself, although he really wasn't sure how easy it would be to find people with the light or dark elements on the ship. He hoped it would be rather easy, but he couldn't really say for sure.

Either way, once the steel ingots started glowing in a bright yellow, Eisen grabbed them out of the forge and quickly got to work on creating the different parts for the two Golems' bodies.

Croco's body was really the size of a young child, and while it was still wearing armor, it had a similar robe design compared to Supp, although Croco had a pointed Witch's hat on her 'Helmet', and the sleeves of her robes covered her arms up to the tips of her hands.

Overall, the robes seemed just far too large for her body, but Eisen figured it wasn't an Issue if that was the design for the Original Croco as well, which Evalia had apparently replicated one to one.

As for Ranger's body, it was the one that seemed most in-human, although just through a single change in its body. Instead of one elbow per arm, he had two, which was probably the case to make it possible to draw the giant bow that he was carrying.

Although even then, that was only within the 'Combat Mode' and the third section of the arm would pull back into the regular lower arm to make it look relatively normal, even if his forearms were relatively bulky due to that.

Other than that, the rest of Ranger's body didn't seem all that peculiar, and he once more looked just like a man wearing full-metal armor.

Eisen was actually really excited about making the bow and arrows for Ranger, because the bow in itself was already quite unique, not even considering the size of the weapon.

Beyond that, Eisen figured that he would need to come up with a proper method to increase the different senses for Ranger in particular, because it was necessary for him to be able to see the furthest and have the best hearing, at the very least in the old man's opinion. Those two senses of his always seemed to be the most important to Eisen when he was hunting.

In order to come up with a good enhancement method, Eisen asked a few people, including Sky who was the one to request that Eisen would build the two other Golems sooner in the first place, to go around the ship and ask everyone on information on their elements, and then let Eisen know about any that might be useful when it came to elemental-infusion for the eyes, ears, or even nose of Ranger.

But until then, Eisen had to actually finish the rest of the body. If it had to be so, the ears, eyes and nose could be the last pieces that he would end up setting into the body, with the exception of the Golem core of course.

The next little while was spent with Eisen creating all of the metallic base parts that needed to be prepared, before then moving onto placing things like the soul generators, batteries, and so on into the chests of both of the two Golems as well as creating the three-dimensional enchantments in the joints that would keep the Bodies together in the first place. And as this part was a relatively long-winded work, even if it didn't necessarily take much concentration on Eisen's part, the old man could figure out a few smaller things while he was working on it, like what materials or methods to actually use while making the bow for Ranger and the special 'Staff' for Croco, before beginning to prepare the materials that took a little longer to make compared to others that were just ready to use after minimal preparation already.
