Sky opened her eyes to a strange room, she sat up immediately causing her head to spin. She almost fell from the bed if not for the hands that held her.

Ma'am please don't stand up, you are in a hospital.

Sky looked around and looked up at Chiamanda with a confused look on her face.

Oh no, Chiamanda thought to herself, does my boss have amnesia?? Ma'am? Chiamanda called out to her, she was staring into space. She waved her hands in front of her face...Ms Sky please say something.

Sky tried to remember what happened, the only thing she remembered was falling down. My baby, she said hugging her tummy. Please tell me my baby is allright?

Ma'am please calm down, everything is fine, your baby is ok but the doctor placed you on bed rest.

I need proof, she said to Chiamanda shaking. I can't feel my baby move. It's quiet in here she said pointing her baby bump. Are you telling me this so I won't pass out or because you don't want my blood pressure to go up? Please tell me the truth.

Dwayne opened the door at that moment and saw Sky shaking he ran to her, dropping the water bottles he was holding. What's going on Chiamanda, why is she like this?

Chiamanda had never seen her boss like this before, the woman in front of her was different. Not the Ms Sky she works with. She woke up like this Mr Teffa, maybe you can calm her down and tell her that her child is ok.

Chiamanda, the boss called out to her, surprising her. Go back to the hotel and rest, you look like crap, you went to the airport from work and flew down here, you've been on your feet since then. Just briefly tell me what happened. Please Dwayne call me the doctor.

Ok ma'am, Chiamanda said confused. Isn't this the woman who was all shaking up minutes ago, now she had this look on her face that Chiamanda couldn't read. She was back to herself but void of any emotion, she sounded like a robot.

Dwayne excused himself to get the doctor as Chiamanda narrated what happened to Sky.

Thank you for saving my life, Sky said to Chiamanda as she touched the bandage on her head. How long have I been out?

Two hours ma'am.it's my duty to protect you ma'am, I'm sorry I pushed you and sorry about your head, thank God you were able to avoid falling on your stomach. Chiamanda said looking down.

Look at me Chiamanda, you are not my bodyguard, if you hadn't pushed me, we would be saying a different thing by now and luckily I was able to turn and not fall on my sweetpea,you should go home and rest. Where is Bones?

He was just outside the door, but he said he wanted to go do something.

Sky looked at the bedding and saw the name of the hospital and smiled. Ok dear she said to Chiamanda.

But if I leave, who will take care of you ma'am? You need a woman Incase you have to go to the loo. The doctor said you shouldn't move about and you also fell on your side, so the baby, you need to rest.

Dwayne and Bones will be here, I'm sure I can walk to the toilet, it's not far, she said as she pointed at the toilet door. And you'll be here first thing tomorrow, I need a change of cloth, this hospital gown smells like drugs. So its just for tonight. It's past 11pm.

I'm sorry ma'am but I'm going to have to say no, you shouldn't move about. Mr Anton will kill me....

No I didn't ma'am, it's all over the news. I don't know how the reporters got a video of it. Bones took the video down but there are articles of you even dead, saying a chandelier crushed you.
