That was even more unexpected than Tawa's spirit awakening.
He didn't know since when he had turned into the boss of the Smuggler Association.

The Emperor kept the way to contact the Smuggler Association after killing the traitor, but he never used it.
However, when Yale asked to use it, the Emperor didn't expect them to become Yale's subordinates.
