The Kurk Clan remained peaceful for the next six years after the expedition to the Special Realm.

However, Serka didn't have proofs to incriminate the culprits, so she could just flee to the Kurk Clan to avoid losing her life.

Thus, Serka ended marrying Kermu when both of them were just thirteen; marrying at that age wasn't something unheard in the noble families, but it wasn't common either. However, since both parties wanted to marry and Serka's life was in danger in the Zhan Clan, no one bothered about their ages.

There were also members of the True Empire in the Kurk Clan even if the others hadn't noticed about them yet. However, their strength inside the clan was too low due to the management of the current clan head of the Kurk Clan.
